Had the most wonderful experience today at Jareds...now Ive been coming to this location for over 10 years, and normally they have a long intake process and the folks are okay to talk to- but this time around it was different in a good way. Although it was pouring outside, and yes I got drenched running from the car to the front door I was greeted by a kind young man that profusely apologized for not being able to run out and help us because he was assisting with another customer out the door - my daughter and I brushed it off and werent pissed anymore because he was very genuine about the whole thing. For the next 10 minutes he tried his very best to make the experience pleasant while answering all of our jewelry maintenance questions, and walk us through their new checkout process. He was extremely knowledgeable about jewelry and jewelry care - and he has only been in the job for 6 weeks!? I was blown away by his energy level, knowledge, enthusiasm and appreciation of the product. It was so refreshing to be services by someone that truly LOVES their job! I told him we would be back to start getting our jewelry from this location again because I was putting it off because the energy level at Jareds was low and bland- Daniel and his customer service skills were superb! So glad to run into people that love their job and make a positive customer experience every chance they get! Hes a gem!

I have been shopping Jareds since first buying my wifes engagement ring 16 years ago. Ive bought plenty of pieces and have always had great service, but I felt compelled to finally write a review this time because I felt the best relationship developed ever with Danni. He genuinely makes a personal connection with you and it doesnt feel like its about the sale. This doesnt disparage the many other associates Ive seen over the years, but there is something special about Danni. So why 4 stars vs 5... cause they got rid of the great espresso/coffee/hit chocolate machine. Interesting how something so minor can make all the difference. The horribly stocked Keurig makes me feel as though Im shopping at a place that is lesser quality. It used to differentiate between Kay, Zales, and any other mall jeweler. Now it doesnt feel special... luckily they have associates like Danni and others I have seen over the years and recently. Shout out to Lindsey too who convinced me on better fitting for my watches.

I came in looking for a watch as an anniversary gift for my husband. Unfortunately the sales person who assisted me was difficult to work with and quite rude. Never once did he ask about what I was looking for in a watch. Rather, he could not or flat out refused to answer a question regarding the difference between two watches. He appeared upset when I stated I was not interested in purchasing the extended warranty. He also stated my desired max price of $600 was too low and I should think about applying for credit to purchase the watch. I gave him no indication I was dissatisfied with the selection, rather I saw a few nice pieces within my budget. With that said I will not be returning to this store.

Carl, helped out with my watch (needed a battery and second hand wasnt turning, discovered after battery was installed, Carl bent the second hand.) However, when returned the set crown wouldnt turn and he couldnt explain it. So he offered a free battery and to send it off to watch heaven to be repaired. 6-8 weeks was quoted on completion time. Not feeling comfortable with the ordeal took the watch and got a second opinion. Turns out Carl overtightened the crown and broke it. Thankfully, another watch maker had offered to repair a reputable companys unprofessional, amateur mistake.

I bought a pair of diamond rings and unfortunately we didnt like it no more after couple of days. There was nothing wrong with the ring, it just didnt appeal to us much , as we had expected. So I went to the customer service, they offered me to look around for new ones, which I politely turned down. No questions asked, so sales pressure, they accepted it and returned amount to my credit in just 2 days. Ill go back to this store again , when time comes.

Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Even the security officer greeted me warmly. They were awesome in trying to get me the best deal for my budget and didnt try to get the upsell. They were excited to help me and were very helpful with getting me exactly what my fiance would want. Staff was very knowledgable of the products in the store.
