Original Review: The new manager, Brad, walked me though the whole process of getting an engagement ring for my fiance. He was always so very helpful and never tried to sell me something I didnt want. He made sure I got the most out of my trade in so I didnt lose any value. I couldnt have asked for better help. I am so glad he was there. Revised Review: Sadly I have to change my rating. Long story short: we knew the size that we need the ring to be. When I received the ring it wasnt sized correctly. No big deal. We went in and had them re-size it. Turns out they couldnt re-size that specific ring to the size we needed it to be so they would have to order one specifically that size from Neil Lane. Again, no big deal. Months later I call and ask for status of the order and I am told it is in transit. A month later, and two weeks before the engagement pictures are going to take place, I call again and I am again told it is in transit. I ask when it will be in and the nice lady goes to check. We find out that the ring was never ordered so I ask to re-order it. A big deal but human error is a part of life. A couple days later I call to make sure it has been ordered to find out they no longer make the ring. My fiance LOVES her ring. Heck, I love the ring and I am not a fan of jewelry. So now we are stuck trying to figure out what can be done and how to salvage a horrible situation. Two starts, as opposed to one, because the initial purchase was great. Sad to be disappointed. Revised Review: We were able to meet with Brad and he met my expectations by having the whole thing resolved in less then a day. He really is the go to guy for jewelry with great customer support.

As a Jared card holder who has been to four different stores, across three different states I have never had a negative experience until now. I went to this location to get my wifes rings resized, and do a little Christmas shopping while there. My wife found a ring she loved so we decided to purchase it. Our saleswoman Robin told us she didnt have the ring in the size we needed but she would order it. We were told we could pick up the new ring with the others that were being resized and would be notified of any changes. Three days go by and I hadnt heard anything so my wife decided to head to the store to pick up the resized rings and get a status update. The woman informed her that she wouldnt be getting that ring because it was on sale and they sold out. My wife asked if there was anything they could do or maybe they could show her some alternatives. The woman helping apparently thought my wife was asking for a discount to which she replied "yeah, we dont do that here". My wife then asked the woman to ensure we had not been charged for the ring. The woman sneered and told her that we wouldnt be charged for something like that. Reluctantly she ended up checking my account and sure enough I had been charged for the ring. The next day we received a call from Robin the woman who sold us the ring asking why we cancelled our order. My wife was in the middle of feeding our child and asked her if she could call us back in five minutes to discuss our experience in the store. We are still waiting on that call. That will be my last purchase with Jared, and I hope others dont have to experience a similar situation.

I went to Jareds before Christmas to buy a diamond bracelet. The sales person up sold me (twice what I wanted to pay) for a higher quality item that he said had a better clasp. On a trip a few weeks ago this bracelet fell off while on a plane trip and has not been seen since. I went to Jareds to talk to the manager. I did not expect them to replace the bracelet but thought they may be able to give a discount since I was buying the same exact bracelet again. This manager was basically your fault not ours and that was it. It was infuriating almost more than the bracelet falling off. Even worse I sent an e-mail to corporate telling them about this experience and got a e-mail back 1 WEEK later.. I went to Helzberg Diamonds in the mall after this bad experience and they were great. Better quality. Better customer service. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Jareds

If I could put 0 stars I would. This place has absolutely scammed me and screwed me. I was looking at engagement rings and was coerced into getting one out of my price range. "Hey, if you wait until mid Dec, we have a 15% off and this ring would be in your price range". So I put a deposit down and then come back on the scheduled date. "Oh, were sorry that special ended the week after you put a deposit down". This is after I looked the sales rep in the eyes and said I dont want any issues, please make sure these dates are correct. The manager had the gall to tell me that the associate was also manger, and she wouldnt make this kind of mistake, so I misheard. She couldnt care less about the situation and only offered my deposit money back. I will never shop at Jared again and you better believe that I will tell anyone and everyone of my experience.

Horrific experience multiple times dealing through the extended coverage plan on watch. Service after sale with Jared is absolutely terrible. Was sent off for recondition with promise date back of January 12. Picked it up this week after the watch had been sitting in their back room for a week, when they told me it had not come in. Too long to post, but consistently failed to meet expectations, rude employees, no returned phone calls, STORE MANAGER OF FRISCO will not make herself available for feedback to voice my experience. No interest in improving customer service or learning what went wrong and how it can be corrected. STAY AWAY FROM JARED! Experience wasnt good at other locations either!

Whoever wrote "this place is a scam" doesnt know what theyre talking about!! I went to this store when I was visiting Frisco looking to add a pandora charm to my bracelet. Not only did I do that, but I ended up purchasing a Pandora ring that I absolutely adore. I bought four different bands that I can mix and match to create a unique look every time I wear it and the price was awesome!! The staff was knowledgeable & courteous, and while I was trying different ring combinations, several sales people provided their input which helped me make my final decision. It was a GREAT experience and I would recommend this store to anyone without hesitation!!

What a wonderful experience we had at this store! I am not usually a fan of chain jewelers, but this one has changed my view. A special thank you to Becky Shelton, who saw to it that my now fiance (yay) was well taken care of and his wishes fulfilled. Her patience and the time spent with us was very much appreciated. It was obvious that she was truly invested in our finding exactly what we hoped for. From education to purchase, we couldnt be happier! Everyone in this store contributed to our experience and we just want to say thank you! Ive not stopped smiling since!..
