I wish I could give more than just five stars. I cant tell you how happy we are with the service here. I bought a ring here, it ended up being too small. We are having our wedding this Saturday (five days away), and in between all the planning, we somehow forgot to exchange my fiances ring for one that fit better. We went in to A Cutting Edge expecting to be turned away and told that it was impossible to get his size with such short notice, but we tried anyway. Our experience was nothing short of EXTRAORDINARY. From the second we walked in, Erica was sympathetic to our situation, and she made a real commitment to helping us. She reassured us that there were options, including taking a different ring and swapping it out for the real one when it came. She understood what it was like to be under such pressure and made us feel like we were not alone. She didnt have criticisms about us not getting it in earlier and she remained positive and sympathetic throughout the ordeal. She called somewhere, hoping that they would be open a little late, even though they werent. She sent us home with a different ring that fit him perfectly, and we were very happy with her service even then. But then Erica worked a gosh darn miracle. We get a call maybe 20 minutes later saying that she had emailed the people who give them the rings and asked if there was any way they could get it to us earlier. They said yes (if I knew which company that was, Id give them 5 stars too!), and now we will be getting our ring in time for the wedding!!! Erica worked so hard for us, even after we walked out of the store satisfied. She did not have to do that, our expectations have been exceeded to an astronomical extent. Thank you thank you thank you to Erica and everyone at A Cutting Edge!!!

A Cutting Edge is hands down the best place to go for engagement rings or any type of jewelry. My husband bought my engagement ring there and it is perfect! I get so many compliments on it, it never loses its sparkle, the quality of their diamonds is second to none!! That isnt even my favorite part about them. They treat you like family! I go in there 1/month to get my ring cleaned and checked (not by their request either) and they dont mind at all. I dont have any certain things I have to do to maintain a warranty on my ring, they take of you!! The second you walk in that door you are taken care of!! No gimmicks, no "you have to get your ring cleaned every 6mos" My sister lost her paperwork for her ring and now that store wont do any repairs, cleanings, or anything for free for her!! I never have that problem at A Cutting Edge - they dont hassel you with all that nonsense! I am so happy my husband chose A Cutting Edge. If you want the best quality, the best service, and the best options go to A Cutting Edge...you will not be disappointed - I promise! Jeff has the best selection and his staff is incredible!

Brought a ring in to have it sized. Got it back and paid, assuming it was what I had asked for. However, after I had already proposed and went to put the ring on my girlfriend I realized they had made it bigger rather than smaller. It was very disappointing to my fiance. I brought it back in and they didnt prioritize it at all or even offer an apology. They said they had other things to do before they got to my ring. Very rude in my opinion. I will not be going back.

I used to work at a chain jewelry store here in Fargo but 95% of my fine jewelry is from A Cutting Edge. Customers would constantly compliment me on my wedding ring and Id have to lie about where it was from. I wont shop anywhere else for fine jewelry! You seriously get the best bang for your buck at A Cutting Edge!!

Went to a few places downtown and it was no comparison. A Cutting Edge was the most helpful and knowledgeable by far. They educated me every step of the way and had the largest selection for what I was looking for. Getting the diamond set and resizing only took a couple of hours to a day at most. Highly recommended!
