I couldnt disagree more with J. Ringos review. Texas Jewelry is a family owned and operated business that has been in the Metroplex for decades. You cant find jewelry stores any more where folks know about precious metals and gemstones. Jewelry stores at the mall are not jewelers. They are big volume retailers selling average to poor jewelry at discounts that smaller outfits cannot compete with price-wise. Retailers know only what they are told about the pieces they sell, and most of them dont seem to like their jobs very much. Texas Jewelry is different in both the knowledge of the staff, the quality of the merchandise, and the personal service and relationships they build. I would not buy from any one else. Love this place. Very old school.

I went in at lunch time to Texas Jewelry to have my wedding ring fixed – the stone was loose. The guys at Texas Jewelry are great! They are so friendly! I was very nervous about having it fixed since that meant leaving it with someone. The moment I was greeted all fears went away. Actually, the gentlemen were able to have my ring fixed right away. Which I greatly appreciated and did not expect. I thought I was going to have to leave it overnight! Another place, I went to have my husbands ring cleaned made me leave it for 2 days. So, you can imagine why I was so pleased. I received my ring back looking like it was brand new. I’ll definitely return! Oh, the price was great too! A lot less than I expected! Very happy with this establishment!

I seriously dont think the words exist to stress how great this place is. Hands down, the absolute best possible place you can go. For every reason. The knowledge base here is phenomenal, they will do right by you and will go out of their way to obtain quality metal and stones, etc for your job. I have seen it over and over again and never been dissapointed in this place. Its almost unreal. And beyond jewlery, bring in basically any watch or clock and it will be professionally taken care of. Nobody compares. Great people, great prices, great resources. Great everything.

I highly recommend Texas Jewelry. I was visiting my parents in Carrollton when I noticed the stones in my diamond studs were loose. My father took me by to see Mike the owner who couldnt have been more helpful. We went to grab some lunch & when we returned my earrings looked like new. Amazing! I was surprised the price was so reasonable for such quick & professional service. I was so impressed I brought back some more jewelry to be cleaned & polished. It was returned to me in beautiful condition, again, like new! The workmanship is top notch & the service cant be beat!

I needed a 22mm strap for my divers watch. Visited Texas Jewelry on a recommendation from a friend. Everyone there is very friendly. They didnt have a strap I liked so the let me pick out 4-5 different straps I did like from a catalog. They came in quickly. Michelle put in on while I browsed around at their beautiful selection of new and vintage pieces. I have a soft spot for vintage time pieces so I was like a kid in a candy store. New strap put on and now my watch is like brand new. Go to Texas Jewelry instead of the big box stores. They know their stuff.

These people are super honest. My watch stopped working in the middle of the day. I dropped by thinking the battery was dead. They took it back and a few minutes returned telling me the stem had been caught on something and pulled out. They reset my watch and sent me on my way, no charge. Believe me now if I need anything this is the only place I will go. They have made jewelry for me since and I have purchased several items. They are true professionals.

These guys do exceptional work, and theyre very friendly. They have advised me well on several different transactions; advice that limited what they could sell me. I think they are a respectable and decent local family business. They also did a beautiful job on a necklace repair for my wife. My family will continue trading with them.

I always take my watch here to be fixed. And recently got my wife a charm bracelet for Mothers Day (as a gift from our 3 year old and 3 month old). She loves it! The people here are so nice. I love the style and look of the store with older clocks mounted on the walls.
