I have lived near this Kmart for nearly 20 years now and its gotten so I prefer to go here more than one of the local Walmarts where you have to wait a half hour in line to check out. You hear the English language spoken a bit more here but hey that is Springfield and our come get it welfare system we have to thank and the Walmarts are worst. I find this store relatively clean and well stocked returns a non hassle and never spend that much time in line to check out. A good Super Stop and Shop and Rockys is next door and several worthwhile shops. Its absolutely not as bad as some of these hater post Ive read.

Never visit this KMart. Ive been here more than once and each time was a complete and utter disappointment, full of sheer frustration. Everything is always in disarray. Its messy, unorganized, and dirty. The employees are awful, rude, and do not like doing their jobs. On more than one occasion Ive had an employee hide in aisles or deliberately ignore me instead of assisting me. Seriously, the whole store should be closed down or at least all the employees should be fired. If you can avoid this KMart, avoid it at all costs. Youll be happier for it.

Enough with the negative responses for Kmart! This store is the best. A whole lot better than Walmart. I find everything I need at Kmart. The store is clean, neat, the clothes are hung nicely on the racks & not crammed together. Theres room to walk through aisles. The workers are friendly. Walmart may claim to be lower in prices, but I would rather leave a store getting what I want & not end up being frustrated. Kmart is the BEST!

Great clothes for kids but really bad customer relations and management. Def dont need a high school diploma to be employed there. Got to review your receipt cause their registers never ring up prices as there listed in the store and the stupid cashiers never fix the pricing... their theory is that their computers are always right

It really is better than Walmart. Their selection of mens clothing is excellent and high quality. The Adam Levene brand is awesome. The staff is surprisingly helpful. Great deals here and you gotta love layaway. Returns and exchanges a easy. Lines can be long sometimes.

This is the worst place to go for anything Kmart. They dont know how to enter a coupon, and dont try to help when you ask about the coupon. The cashiers were too busy talking to wait on me and the clothing was a mess. They have limited selections. Hate it here.

so effin clueless....i called about a warranty and the associate "thinks" its a year on a product i bought then she says 90 day policy...which one is it? i dont want you to "think", i want you to know...#never again will i shop at kmart, they suck

As usual big box store plenty of selections and specials. But like most big box store lacks the customer service. When entering a big box store I try to lower my expectations of customer service. U might always be disappointed

It has become a dated location. Some specials are very good, however some merchandise is overpriced. I must say their rewards program is very good, and mystery points for certain items are a major asset. :)

Always clean and organized. Great prices. The only drawback is checking out with these cashiers can be a little of a wait. Theyre missing the pep, enthisiam and quickness to get you through the line.

Its not disabled friendly they only have one scooter and it doesnt work right its always so crowded with merchandise and really hard to get scooter to registes

THERE IS NO WAY THIS IS BETTER THAN THE WALMART IN SPRINGFIELD. ANYONE WHO HAS MORE THEN 3 STARS WORKS IN THIS STORE. I PROMISE!
