Horribly overpriced for the fact that ALL their stock is FREE AND DONATED. Very greedy considering every item is 100% profit for them..They should highly consider lowering their prices...in the past few years the pricing has really gotten out of control and is way too unreasonable for me to enjoy shopping there. Not to mention there are no handicapped accommodations, I brought my mother there who can barely walk...once in the store we realized there were no buggys for her to ride on while shopping...then we learned that there was nowhere for her to sit while I shopped for her.. (since she couldnt ) Over all the Newington location is a huge let down filled with massive frustration. The people pricing the stuff need a serious retraining course on what a FAIR price for USED FREE DONATED & even sometimes STAINED items should cost. A pair of USED NIKE brand athletic shorts or a USED TANK should never cost $9.99. Especially seeing as how it was donated to them. Shopping there is not and enjoyable experience.

First of all the employees here are awesome! Now for the negative. Way way overpriced! Ive been shopping for over 2 years here. I buy to resell. And also for myself. I know a lot of people who resell items from here but they have stopped going. I use to spend a few hundred dollars a week here but now most of the time I walk out with nothing. I might spend 50 dollars a week if even that. Savers doesnt realize how much money resellers contribute and savers would make a lot more in the long run if the prices were lower, I mean come on 24 dollars for used pants and 12 dollars for used shirts. Please consider lowering your prices before more savers go out of business like they have been.

Savers is a great place to find cool things for a cheap price. However, their management is horrible. They are extremely rude. I know this from experience and have heard it from other people. They do not know how to answer questions if given one and just walk around and talk. The store is very messy and unorganized compared to the other Savers in Connecticut. I would recommend the Savers in Manchester over this one any day.

Man I used to love going here weekly to find cheap vintage clothes but Ive noticed over the past few months that their prices have gone up a lot. Especially dresses, which are all over $10 now. Like a horrible Jones New York shoulder padded dress that probably wasnt even hot in 1990 costs $15.99. I dont know who paying that but it couldnt be me dawg.

Disgusting smell that is so overpowering it makes you nauseous. Terrible selection, store is filthy, and other customers are trashy throwing clothes everywhere and pushing each other around. The bathrooms here are worse than bathrooms at a run down truck stop. Horrible experience, I will never return.

I found some great deals. The only downside was some of the staff. They were dropping the "f" bombs and arguing with each other like there were no customers around. It was unprofessional and its not like Ive never heard curse words before but theres a time and a place for it.

Went for the very first time on Friday afternoon, and went back again Sunday. Wonderful service, excellent merchandise for the price, maybe second hand but definitely worth a look! Will be going back again and again!
