As I start this review I am already 14 minutes into my wait for the person who has the key for the PET aisle so that I can purchase something my dog needs for literally 4.86$. They locked that, and here I sit broken hearted. As they are still not here with the key, and my poor mutt really does need this stuff Ill continue to wait a few more minutes. Then Ill find a manager, and probably wait a few more minutes.... I suggest that you find somewhere else if you need anything that might even POSSIBLY be locked in a case. My goodness, if they unlocked all of these 5$ items their sales would go through the roof! UPDATE: Once a manager noticed that I had been waiting politely for over 40 minutes he actually came over, radioed, and said someone better get down here with the key, I am waiting with the customer until the key gets here. I didnt catch his name but he brought it up to 3 stars. It was annoying, and frustrating but the 5th person I talked to was competent, and got it done... 5th time is a charm I guess? Thanks, man. My dog also thanks you.

The parking for this place is crazy it seems like a massive parking lot for not that large of a Walmart itself the staff is pretty well-trained I think theyre friendly I think the location is clean but I think they can provide a better Wi-Fi service if youre going to buy a Wi-Fi enabled device and I think that they could have a better bathroom I need a system in place

Dont bother getting help in sporting goods. I played the who-has-the-key game for a half hour. Finally got some help when I literally went behind the counter, picked up the service phone, and told the manager to bring the damn key to the precious ammo container to sporting goods. He didnt like that, being the "king" and all.

Love this Wal-Mart. I live so much closer to the one in new haven but will drive all the way to Branford because I like this one so much better. The staff is nice and the store is cleaner, love it.

Hidden back on commercial parkway is a large Super Store Walmart the selection is massive and the staff seems very friendly. Dry goods and frozen foods are in the front and the selection is large.
