posted the first one on the wrong account but:HORRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE. I paid CASH(19,000) for an 07 Silverado from them 2 weeks ago. The only thing that helped me on was interest because they wont offer anything else. Their mission statement says "We strive to earn the repeat business of our customers by providing quality vehicles, affordable payment terms and excellent service. " I was told they offer a 125 point inspection (they dont even send their cars to get checked out). well after 2 weeks, my power steering went out. There was tape covering the hose where the hole was. I called and explained to them that it was unfair for me to pay almost 20k to have this happen. They said because i did not pay 700 dollars for the warranty that i was out of luck. forget the fact that i bought this car, they hung up on me because they were done talking. Again, horrible customer service.

This place is horrible. The staffs and the cashiers are so rude.. fake smile. They never keep their promises.. They never find out first if their system doesnt work, but they will call you immediately.. when they didnt receives payment due to their system fail.. even though you told them you received payment confirmation and money deducted from your bank. they will ask you to come.. they dint care if you work.. They dont value the customers at all.. The best ways to contact their customer services Co.. to report.. those people are really nice.. I do not recommend to buy in this area.. I agreed that they will rip you off..

Very rude when I got my vehicle they told me that it would need new headlights I went four weeks later and got them and come to find out the wires had been spliced I called to get some info abt the vehicle and the lady was really rude and hung up on me and now I need the wheel bearing replaced and they say it can take up to 5 days that they will have my only vehicle and still expect me to pay as if it was in my possession for a job that takes less than 30 mins needless to say I will be returning their vehicle and will not recommend anyone to go thru them

Rude customer services.. They are really rude.. whenever they talked to you they rude.. even thought we made weekly payment onetime. They are really rude.. We bought the car $12000 paid down $2000. we paid more than 8 months with $121 weekly.. $484.00 per month. The time we bought the car. there were some broken need to fix and Car mart promised to fix, but they never.. One of their staffs took the tire EPS system to order, but never order.. We went them and asked them no one know.. their cashiers are really rude... Please dont buy with this people..

Very rude customer service. They called and left a voicemail that said yes this is so and so call me and that was it no mention of who they are calling for or where and then when you call back no one knows anything and act like they are to busy to help. When something is wrong with the car a day after we bought they say we call back to set up appt to fix and never call so you have to fix yourself. I think that maybe this particular lot should really look at who is working there.

I wandered around the lot yesterday looking at the vehicles and never had a sales associate offer to assist me , so I left. I went down the road to another dealership where I was greeted with kindness as soon as I step out of my vehicle. I test drove a Pontiac Solstice 2Dr 5 spd and my husband is going to buy it for me because I LOVE IT AND HE LOVES ME!
