Over the years of owning Chevy Vehicle after Chevy Vehicle I have found myself never completely satisfied with a Dealers Service department. Recently Moved to port saint lucie, and after visiting other close by dealers my opinion remained the same I just dislike dealer service departments. Then I gave Dyer Chevrolet a call and from the scheduling to the actual visit this is by far the absolute best dealer service department I have ever encountered. Here are my reasons! Shout out to Kelley ( read more about him further down ) 1.) The phone call : The scheduling people are the nicest people to talk to have a good understanding of how the service department works and will answer questions you never thought a "scheduler" Would even handle. 2.) The Customer Service: By far this dealer understand "Time" I have been to the service department 3 times now for my 2016 camaro and if kelley was helping another customer there was someone else there to help me get my car checked in and me on my way. Everyone treated my Respect and a SMILE! 3.) The Service Department personnel : I have dealt with Kelley(Kelly) forgive me if I spelled it wrong. He is a absolute Vital employee to this dealership. Never looks at you like your crazy when you try to explain something goes over everything in detail and the most important thing! HE CALLS YOU BACK! and makes followup calls. Car was not going to be ready in time due to reasons out of control of the dealership. Kelly called me left me a message instead of just leaving it at that he called me again a few hours later just to make sure I got the message and to see if I was going to need a rental. This guy is what every dealer needs understanding knowledge and customer service skills. 4.) The pickup: Fast Everytime if kelly was busy someone else had me out the door- Car is always clear then I drop it off they will hand wash your car if you want and I dont mean just a quick wipe down even my exhaust pipes were nice and shiny when I got the car back. Carpets vacuumed and more just a great experience all around. I dont go out of my way to write reviews but dyer chevrolet deserves it thank you for treating my 2016 chevy camaro and me with respect and care.

Took my 2011 Chevy Cruze in for check engine light. Diagnoses was bad valve cover (second time it went bad. Not your fault, I know), bad thermostat, bad water pump, bad ecm, bad purge solenoid valve. Some of the items were covered under warranty and others werent. So I had you guys perform the work. Both warranty and out-of-pocket. So after the service advisor sent me to rental agency (Enterprise), they told me that they had informed him that there were no GMs at their location. That was the beginning of the show of incompetence. So then I had to get in a Dodge and drive all the way into Port St. Lucie to exchange that car for a GM. I was told by the service advisor that my car would be ready the next day. A few days later, and $80 in fuel because of the 140-mile round trip daily commute and the large Impala I had to drive, I got to pick my car up. When I did, I was informed that they (you) performed the recall work THAT I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THE SERVICE ADVISOR NOT TO DO on my vehicle. Which consisted of chopping up the plate under the engine compartment which was ENGINEERED by Cheverolet to improve the aerodynamics of the Eco model and give it its fuel efficiency. THE reason I bought the car in the first place due to my lengthy commute. I was informed by the service manager that another piece was ordered and that it would arrive by Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week and that I would get a call when it came in so that I could have it installed. By THURSDAY I had not recieved a call and took the car in anyway because it needed an oil change. Then they installed the "replacement" piece and after inspecting it when I got home, I found that it wasnt a replacement of the original. It was a different piece altogether. I will be taking the vehicle back to Bill Schultz to try to get this remedied and hope to do so without having to seek the advice of legal council. I cannot express how disappointed I am with your dealership.

Please read entire review. The worst experience Ive ever had with a body shop! Had an accident/ insurance claim for my 2012 Cadillac Escalade. Driver side front end, bumper, fender, tire, rim, front driver side suspension and under frame were all damaged and needed to be replaced. Dyer Chevrolet of Fort Pierce took 8 weeks to "complete repairs" and would have taken longer had I not expressed my frustrations with Daryl (body shop manager). Every week I called Daryl for an update, it was always another issue that took the entire week to fix. I felt like he was making up issues to keep my vehicle longer to run up a labor bill, since it was an insurance claim. I finally had enough! When he told me he test drove my vehicle on the 7th week. I found this hard to believe since my cadillac comes equipped with an app that I can see diagnostics on. On the app one of my tires had 14 psi (basically flat) plus my milage on the app was the same since the vehicle arrived to them. Therefore, he couldnt have driven it. Once Daryl found out I can see details about my vehicles diagnostics, all of a sudden within 30 minutes all my tires had 35 psi??? Driving home my center cap on my rim that they (replaced) flew off because they installed the wrong bolts that were too long and you would have known that when installing the center cap because it has to snap in, also they missed some scratches that were related to the accident. Had to take my vehicle to a second shop to fix wrong bolts and scratches. After inspection, second shop found additional parts that Dyer missed. Like bent struts and a bent shock that they said they replaced but did not. If you want honest, efficient and reliable service done on your car DO NOT take it to Dyer Chevrolet of Fort Pierce.

We have done busniness with the Chevrolet dealer in Ft Pierce many times in the pass. When we decided to sell our Chev Terverse we wanted to go somewhere were we felt comfortable and at ease. So we call Dyer Chev in Ft Pierce and asked for a salesman with experiance, they put us in contact with Brad Wilkenson. We hit it off with Brad as soon as we met and he made us fell confortable and at ease, just what we were looking for. He gave us the free time to walk around and decide which car we liked, not breathing down our necks. Once we decided on a type of vechile, Brad walked with us showing us the diffrent cars and telling us about the diffrence options, helping us decide on the ones we needed and wanted. Dyer Chev had the car with the right options and color in their yard. Brad took us to the car we choose and he explained how everthing worked, he was very knowledgable of every option in the car. Then he gave us the keys and off we went on a test drive. The car was great and had everything we needed of our family. Once we got back the fun part started talking about money, I feel we received a good deal. He got the car cleaned up and fueled ready to go, then spent more time with us getting the XM radio and Onstar working. All in all he spent a fair amount of time with us, he was one of the best salesman we ever had and we will go back to him and send our family and friends to him.
