My hubby and I went to drive time to purchase a car, we were greeted by Jose and he started the process, however we had to go back another day because we didnt have all the information needed, Jose did informed us that he will be leaving for the holiday weekend but he will have someone else help us upon our return, when we got there Henry was the person who helped us and we got the car that we wanted, we were happy with the service that we got, however when I went back to pick up the tag I saw Henry and was talking to him and he said that he didnt remember doing business with us, I was shocked!, how can you spend hours doing business and you forget the persons with whome you did?, Jose on the other hand remember us during a simple phone call, people avoid doing business with someone who simply cant remember you even standing in front of them, I wasnt looking for friendship from him but just the fact that I acknowledge him for the business that we did (Henry ) , I would recommend Jose to anyone any time, great person to work with.

I have to say that sometimes life has a way of putting you in situations where you need people who can understand your current situation. I just moved back from Europe living there for two years. Before I left I volunteered to let my car go so that I would not have that expense while traveling. So I came back and went online I was just looking got an approval from DriveTime but I wasnt sure if I wanted to actually go there. After receiving at least eight calls from them I decided to check it out. All I can say from the time I walked in Tia Wilson went above and beyond to help me find the right vehicle and her manager Nicole Hines found the perfect financing with a good interest rate. Tarik was absolute joy and very easy to work with. I came to get a car with bad credit and no insurance. Between Tarik and his manager Janet, I was able to get all my questions answered and they made sure; no matter what they did everything to make sure I left with what I came for. So I came in today with getting a car on my mind. However, the fact that my license was suspended, made my down payment for insurance high. I was only working with about $1,046. Keku was consistent to call around until he was able to find the cheapest quote for me and also with the help of his manager Jeamson, he lowered the cost of my down payment so that I will be able to drive the car I wanted off the lot. The customer service was excellent and they are willing to do whatever it takes for you to get into the car that you want. Thank you guys soooooo much!!!!

Great. Estevon was the first Guy that I met with he was very persistent and making sure I knew all my options. I wound up leaving and not buying a car but went back to days later and was helped by Rick and Nicole. I have to say they were truly amazing. I have to say they were truly amazingnot only did they stay till 12 oclock they entertained and were beyond nice to my son. They were very honest and I recommend this place to anybody. After getting the runaround for two days with Toyota Im so glad that I made the decision to go with drivetime.

I had to get a new car because I totaled mine, but thankfully I had gap insurance and was approved for another one. Keku (who also helped me when I bought my previous car) was extremely friendly and helpful as well as Nicole. For something that usually takes a long time, they were on it. He made sure to present me with cars within my price range and offer me the best rate available, and she made sure the buying process was sped up as much as possible. Customer service was impeccable. Definitely recommend this location.

Had a good experience here. Initially went to purchase but want satisfied with my options. Decided to look around and all the other little were pretty insulting and pushy. I kept in contact with Jose from drivetime throughout my search. He was always helpful and patient. After lining at other lots I went back to drivetime with a cosigner and purchased a 2007 Murano. Ask for Jose and tell them Ahmed sent you, you wont regret it. Just be prepared it s can be a long process. It took about 5 hours. Theyre thorough.

Came in very nervous about purchasing my first car. Researched so many different companys to do business with, felt most comfortable with drivetime.still nervous about my commitment Malik, keku and Janet were AMAZING!!! great customer service,very patient and showed me as many cars as I wished. wouldnt let me leave until I was happy with my purchase. I just buy my new car from this dealership.........I have financed several car from different dealership in the past, but this one is the best experience I have, these people take their time to give you every details about the car you going to purchase, they will do everything in their power to help you get the right car and they are very nice and honest, Janet the sale manager very nice, Lestainia, Maika, Nicole, Thomas, very helpful, overall Im very satisfy, I will definitely purchase from them again.

I was having trouble with my current car and was very stressed out. I got a courtesy call from Janet explaining about Drive Time. From the time I walked in until the moment I got my car they were professional. Tarik was the one who assisted me in getting my car and I was super picky. Im pretty sure I got on his nerves. He not only made sure I found the right car he went to Miami to get it from one of their other lots. I would recommend them to anyone their hospitality and thoroughness made my day.

I did the application online and was approved...So i called the store and told them the type of car im looking for "12 Honda Civic SI" and they said they can get it if they dont have it... When i went there i told the lady also what im looking for.. I spent over an hour there filling out paper works Then she came saying #drivetime dose not buy that type of car cause the engine cost too much. Lol What? But you sell Mercedes and Audi... Right there and then i know i cant trust this place....
