Let me preface this by saying: I do not live in Montgomery, Alabama, in fact, I live about 659 miles from there, to be exact. Now, I normally do not leave reviews unless its a 4.5 or a solid, stellar 5...and this I must say is a solid CINCO! No B/S. I can go on and on about how the customer service was great, everyone I spoke with was nice but thats cliche. So let me give you the important things and what i beleive is one of the most influential motivators as to "why we should give companies our business, money and/or time..." By reading this alone, youve done more than most. We as consumers drive business... if a business is BAD or their customer services are subpar it should be our duty to advise. So here you go: Ive been searching for a couple weeks for a specific vehicle. I found four places within 300 miles of each other with roughly around the same specs cost and mileage. So I had to make a decision as to where to travel. Reading reviews from former customers did it for me. I called in advance, spoke with them and flew out there. Was met with kindness and transparency. The vehicle was exactly as it was described online and all the pictures were true in their nature. I asked if I could take vehicle to get full pre-purchase. They gave me the keys with no problem. (FYI: if a dealership is hesitant about letting you get a pre-purchase inspection turn around and run). The car checked out fine minus a couple wear and tear which is normal on a used vehicle. NO engine lights on, NO engine/transmission problems, NO A/C hose leak etc etc... you know, things that would significantly drive the price down or turn you away. Based on the findings we negotiated a price, shook hands, signed papers, paid and drove home; 659 miles with no problems. Amazing! Looks like a couple friends own this dealerships. My point of contact was with BRAD (thanks brother), yet their dynamics are pretty amazing so any of the owners can pick up or pass the baton without hesitation. Thanks for the experience brothers. BTW I almost gave them a 4 stat. WHY? Walking around their showroom is like a fantasy, YOU see yourself driving one of their Bentleys... oow... a Lamborghini aw yeah... ...then you realize you have a budget and that you have to be a responsible adult... damnit lol

If your about going out and looking at cars or trucks without being harassed by the annoying salesmen, then this is the place for you, if your looking for a great deal on a great used vehicle then this is the place. Look, no hassles, no pressure, not even having to listen to the salesmen tell you where to turn, where to go, or just flat out going and test driving any car or truck on the lot with no pressure. Lee is the man you want to talk to, he was very pleasant to talk to and gave me a great deal on a truck I purchased from him, also he has some of the finest autos on any lot in Montgomery, from expensive Mercedes and range rovers, to a GMC pickup or SUV, Im telling you that you cant go wrong on this lot, cause if you dont buy a vehicle from Auto Connection then your going to the wrong dealer, if he dont make you feel comfortable in his office like your the most important person there, then you cant be at the auto connection. I have never been happier with my purchase from Lee, it was everything he said it was and more, so if you want a great deal go by and see Lee and tell him I sent you, he will treat you like your royalty while your there and also sell you one of the finest cars on his lot and with no pressure from someone trying to make a buck from you, just tell him you read this review and was sent here by James, he will know who your talking about.

Fast, Friendly, Super Easy and Convenient!!! We had a great experience at Auto Connection. My husband found the car he wanted and we were planning to trade the car we had at the time. We live in Georgia, but Lee made it super easy for us to correspond via email about everything. We just sent pictures of the car with the VIN and they quickly made us very reasonable offer on the trade, no haggling at all. The whole process only took a couple of days and that was only because we had our mechanic come by first to overlook the car which Auto Connection had no problem with at all. We went through a local lender in Montgomery where Auto Connection was a preferred dealer so we were able to close at the dealership. We scheduled a time to come in for the loan closing and they had all the paperwork ready when we got there. We were in and out in less than an hour. My husband is very pleased with the car he purchased and we have had no issues with the vehicle. I even hear they have already sold the car we traded so it was a win-win for both of us! I would definitely recommend Auto Connection and wouldnt hesitate to go back for future purchases.

We had the best experience with this dealership. They even stayed open an hour after close for us. We worked with Brad who is one of the owners. There was absolutely no pressure what so ever. It was a nice change from what Ive experienced in the past. Ive probably bought 14-15 cars and this was by far the best experience. We drove down from Newnan, GA just to look at 1 car we were interested in. We didnt realize they had so many different cars on their lot. I was tempted to look around some more but will save that for next time. I will definitely shop here again. We ended up buying the car we wanted. It was a quick easy process. Brad even stopped by Newnan a few days later and dropped off the Title and a few things we forgot in our trade in. Thats what I call service. See you next time we need another car.

I just purchased my second Porsche from Auto Connection of Montgomery in less than a year. I thought that my first purchase was an easy, fast, no pressure transaction but this one was even better!!! I was in and out in less than hour and thats including a test drive and negotiating my trade-in. Both, the purchase and the trade-in was extremely fair, as a matter of fact, I am not sure how they are making enough money to keep the lights on. Lee Berry and associates are extremely knowledgable, friendly, and dont put any pressure what so ever on you to purchase anything unless you are 110% comfortable. If I could rate them 10 stars I would. I am already eyeing one of their trucks on their lot before it is gone! Love this place! **********

I purchased a pre owned Porsche Panamera from Auto Connection back in March this year and just love my vehicle. I negotiated deal over the phone then traveled from North Carolina with my trade to complete the deal. You can tell they take their time to pick the best pre owned vehicles. My car had a couple of options that werent "common". The dealership was very clean and looked first class. Lee and other staff/owners that I was in contact with were very courteous and respectful. They are conveniently located right off of interstate HWY 75. Best of all out of all my years of buying cars Ive never completed deal so quick and smoothly (about 1 hour). My wife couldnt believe I was back home so quickly. Thanks again!
