Went to quick lane auto repair for them to flash my abs module. I asked them to diagnose abs module and flash and update module. I am a mechanic and purchased the car to fix it, I do not have access to the correct tooling to flash and abs module for Fords. They called me and said the car is misfiring on multiple cylinders and has a blown out spark plug, which the 2004 Lincoln navigator 4 valve motor isnt prone to do. I thought it was strange because I drove it there with a misfire on one cylinder, but all the sudden I have a blown out spark plug? I told them to update the module and I will fix the rest. I turned the car on when I picked it up and it barely ran, I limped the vehicle home and it was extremely loud. I called and they said it was dropped off that way. I took off the cover to check on what happened(which they said they could not get off, but some how they could fix it for $1500?) They had stripped cylinder #8 and completely left the spark plug out and they tried to fix it with a heli-coil and left part of that inside the threads and they broke my ignition coil. I then had to tap and put and insert in the cylinder to fix what they broke. Terrible experience, they will lie to you and will not help you. I have attached proof since I am a mechanic and the dealer states they would not do something like that since they have a good reputation, yet proof here says otherwise. Look at the details of the picture it has the created date and the invoice date is after the picture. Cylinder 5 was misfiring before I brought truck in and then once I picked up truck cylinder 8 had a blown out spark plug. I have also uploaded pictures of cylinder 8 before u fixed it, doesnt look like blown out threads. Again dealer is lying and trying to cover it up. I will upload invoice soon.

Bought a 2010 ford f150 fx4 June 11th and worked with Todd Hinkle. This had nothing to do with the car sales man, however the dealership certainly do not service the vehicles. After picking the right truck for the price I was willing to pay I was out the door. Come to find out later just a few days I heard a large thud sound and rattling from the front suspension. I got the truck on a lift at my friends shop and my caliper was not even bolted on. I have pictures of this, just a little damage done to the rotor disc and breaks. I just cannot believe this dealership when it comes to the the vehicles that theyre selling. When I put my trust into Ford and the used car lots I expect that they can tighten down a bolt. This could have injured my friends and family. I highly do not recommend this dealership, and if you do go make sure that the vehicle is inspected by a third party. I had a great experience at Sharp Cars of Indy! Chau was very good at listening to my needs and wants. He was soft spoken and not pushy at all. That was GREATL:Y appreciated. I found the car online and got the ePRICE--which was less by about $1200. He followed up the next day to see if I needed any help with setting up my phone or other services using the SYNC. And got me my extra key VERY FAST. The paperwork guy (Ryan?) were also very nice. He explained everything well so that I understood it all. I would highly recommend them as a place to get a quality used car for a good price. And not feel pressured but listened to.

Buyer beware!!! We purchased a vehicle from these jokers and had the worst vehicle buying experience in recent memory. There were legitimate misunderstandings but also some misrepresentations and when the dust settled, instead of treating us right they refused to take the unused dented vehicle back or even hold our check for a more suitable model. We have a fleet of two dozen vehicles and buy three to four a year and we will never ever do business with them again. Maybe the name is not for Sharp cars but for Sharp business practices...it certainly feels that way to us. Watch out!!

*Update 10/2016* I just bought another car for my wife from Martin and Todd and again got amazing service and a good price. They have my business for life as far as Im concerned. After being hustled, misled, and generally abused by 2 different dealerships in Plainfield I found my way to Sharp. Theres just no comparison to be made. Martin and Todd are friendly, professional, honest, fair, and generally just a pleasure to work with. If you need a good car at a great price and you want to be treated like a close friend or family member, head to Sharp.

The personal were very helpful, answered my questions very truthful. Very friendly--clean in clothing and self. Feel Matt really worked to get me squared away! Enjoy being back into a Hyundai again. The seating is great. The Ford seating was hurting my back. Martin came out to the lot, was very friendly and helpful. Between these personals, think you have good people working for you, and that are good with the purchaser. They both said the Tucson had been checked out and was ready for the road.

My experience at Sharp was excellent. Martin and Ryan were patient and helpful. Martin listen to me when I told him what vehicle I was looking for. Once I choose the vehicle, he showed me all the features, etc about the vehicle. Ryan was very detailed and knowledgeable when it came to financing. the vehicle. I am really big on customer service. I had a great experience here. Martin was the salesperson that my husband and I spoke to and he was very polite and never once tried to harass us into buying anything above the budget we had. He was upfront about the condition of the car we eventually bought and they did a great job spiffing the car up. Todd got us a great deal with the bank we wanted. Well definitely be back when we want a new car!
