The Drive Time employee I worked with was friendly, helpful and professional. She worked with me to find the right car for my needs, even going so far as to search for a vehicle similar to the one I saw on the lot with the mileage I needed to feel secure. She found a great car for me, actually went to get it herself and drove it back to Montgomery! A couple of issues with the car were addressed promptly by Drive Time as soon as they were identified. All in all, a very pleasant used car buying experience.

Keleena was a great help she made me feel comfortable very friendly she had a fantastic attitude when I first walk in and she didnt rush me on making any choices she took her time and worked with me. Another good part about my experience was that she understood my situation and found me a great car for my family and I at a reasonable price. I loved her customers service skills very professional. Today was a great day !!! I cant into Drive time with fear thinking that I was going to have a very difficult time purchasing a vehicle. However, thanks to Lawson my experience was amazing !!! Not only was he kind and caring he was very knowledgeable about the services being rendered. He was able to make my visit a success!! I had a great experience! I walked in for an appointment and was able to get a vehichle the same day. They have exceptional customer service. Helped me get the lowest insurance deal while I was in dealership. Eldred McNeil helped me and the process was quick and they worked with me with payments and all!
