Missy, Brittany, Randy Best car buying experience I have ever had, hands down. After an accident totaled my previous car, I came to Budget in a time crunch, needing a new, safe, reliable car to transport my son to school and get to work. I did not know what to expect, with the stigma of how other dealerships are rumored to be, just not very helpful and giving female clients a difficult time. However, my experience at Budget Montgomery was a complete 180 from that stigma! I was greeted by a nice lady named Brittany who talked to me about the XTerra I had looked at online. Brittany accompanied me on a test drive of the XTerra, and was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car. When we arrived back at the Budget dealership, I was hoping to have the car inspected just for good measure and my own peace of mind. (Please note, I wasn’t able to get to Budget until after work that day, so the auto shop Budget typically takes their vehicles for to for inspection was closed.) That was not a problem for the Budget staff, though, as Brittany and a nice lady named Missy courteously accompanied me to another auto shop to ensure the car was inspected for me before I committed to a purchase of this nature. After having the car inspected, it checked out great, and all that was left was to talk price. This was my first time buying a car on my own, so I was somewhat nervous regarding negotiating and working a deal, as I don’t have a lot of experience doing that. Missy sat down with me, was extremely understanding, and gave me plenty of space to think on my own about what I was comfortable with in terms of being able to afford. She went above and beyond to ensure I received a fair pricing on the XTerra, and even offered to have the car receive some minor detailing after purchase at no additional cost to me to fix a few minor cosmetic spots pre-existing on the car. The Budget staff I worked with even patiently stayed an extra hour, until 3 minutes shy of 8PM, after the business was supposed to close at 7PM, to allow me to get my new insurance set up and such. My experience at Budget was complete when I met with a nice gentleman named Randy who helped me finalize the financing and completed the official paperwork for my purchase of the car. I cannot say enough about the exceptional service I received from Budget Montgomery, and I will most definitely be recommending them to everyone I know who is looking to purchase a car. Everyone we worked with from start to finish – Brittany, Missy, and Randy – all welcomed me and treated me like a person, and not just a customer to make a deal. I would even go so far as to say they made the car buying experience so enjoyable and pleasant, they made me feel like family – they really went out of their way to ensure I received the best deal and the best service. Thank you for providing such quality service, kindness, and professionalism to our community!

Im only giving one star because I have to. I dont know what everyone else is talking about but this is the worst place to buy a vehicle. Not only will you end up overpaying but youll be lucky to get a car that isnt going to break down right away. And dont fall for their piece of crap warranty, it wont cover anything. I ended up with a fiat and I went to go somewhere the morning after buying it, it wouldnt even start! I had to get a new battery right after getting it. Then there was an issue with the steering column, after a couple of weeks I found out that my $2200 warranty wouldnt cover it. So much for the 70 point inspection. Im not the only person who ended up with a broken car, so its not just me. I went to Brewbaker and got the treatment and vehicle I needed. They got me out of the fiat and into a car that actually runs. Also they will screw you at every turn, including the financing. So if you still want to waste your time and money at budget, dont do it because you dont think you can get financing for a better car. Because you can and youll get 100% better service and vehicle value at Brewbaker.

Every day you hear their slick ads on the radio: "Come to Budget Car Sales in Montgomery! If we dont have the car youre looking for, well get it for you! If you dont buy a car from us, well still buy yours from you! 100% guaranteed credit approval! Were even open on Sundays! FREE PIZZA! Blah-blah-blah! Yadda-yadda-yadda!" The sales crew were snooty at best, downright RUDE at worst. When my wife and I wandered their car lot they acted like we were buzzing flies rather than human beings. After they ignored us for ten minutes, we snagged a salesman who was pretending to be busy (actually, he was busy chewing the fat with another sales agent). When we told the fellow what we were looking for, price range, down-payment, etc., he said, "Just go to Craigslist." Then he walked away. Oh yeah, and we never got any "free pizza."

Great experience with my purchase at Budget in Montgomery. We found the car online, called and set an appointment with the internet manager, Walter. When we arrived the car was pulled up to the front with a VIP tag on the mirror. That was impressive to us, they took the initiative to prepare for us. We took a test drive and our salesperson was very professional and knowledgeable about the car. We got back to the dealership and Missy prepared our quote, which was exactly what we had been told online. Randy, the finance manager was very professional and had us in and out quickly. It was by far the easiest experience we have ever had with a car purchase. Will be sending anyone I know looking for a vehicle to Budget! Thanks again!

I dont wanna get them not even one star if I could. Hate it. Bad customer service and they will lie to you. One of the white guy in there he is piece of crap, liar and selfish. They will pull your credit more than one time if the first time not working WITHOUT A PERMISSION from you. They gonna keep pulling without telling you how many time they pulled. My credit score dropped 102 points and Show that budget car sell was pulling my credit 8 times in one day. Im glad that I didnt get the car over there.

If i could post a zero i would. The interest on my car is ridiculous. I was lied to. I do not respect liers. The mans name is eric. Do not trust him. Budget on atlanta hwy. You guys suck. Im going to pay this car off but i will make sure everyone knows you all are con men. We as the people work hard for our money. I wanted a car and the payments are good but the interest is what i was mislead about. Lol youe job is to lie to people you autabe a shamed.

I went to assess some of my options for purchasing a car. Although I ended up deciding to wait before committing to a purchase, the staff there was helpful, understanding, and low-pressure. The cars were all in excellent cosmetic and driving conditions, and the prices were all fair given the quality and miles on the vehicles. Budget Montgomery will be at the top of my list in a few months when Im ready to buy.
