The Indianapolis Enterprise Car Sales was excellent. I would definitely recommend that anyone planning to buy a used car, stop here first. The car that we purchased is in impeccable condition, it was washed and had all its fluids filled, ready for our test drive. Do yourself a favor and request Joel, he made our buying experience wonderful. We felt completely at ease and were stress-free the entire time till the financing (Ill get to that later). Joel was extremely quick with replying to emails and phone calls for any and all questions we had. For those individuals that worry about the no haggle price, it is a relief honestly. Plus, they offer different promotions each month to get you a better deal on the already competitively priced vehicles. The only suggestion I would make is to anyone planning to finance their purchase, do your research and look elsewhere for a loan company. The rates that we received were extremely high, especially for our good credit scores. Having just bought a house 6 months ago, we did not want to dip into savings for a down payment, my trade-in was it. We were told that because we did not have a down payment that the rates were higher. Accepting that the finance manger was correct, we bought the car. The next day, I found a much lower rate, 3% lower to be exact... please do your research, you will save a lot of money. Also, please do not misunderstand, the finance manager did his due diligence for us, for what his companys limits were, he offered us an extremely fair price on my trade-in. The rates were our only issue. All in all, Joel and Virgal were excellent and we received a wonderful car! We love our purchase and will definitely continue to use Enterprise for the purchases of our next vehicles. Thank you Joel, Virgal and Enterprise Car Sales, we received an amazing car, that I have no doubt will run smooth for years to come!

I am sincerely disappointed and angry with how my situation is being handled. I purchased a vehicle from Enterprise and some of the features were not working with the vehicle, so I called them and they seemed pleased to fixing the problem. I took it in and they gave me a rental, which was great. But, I have yet to get any true information from them and it has been close to 3 weeks. I have only drove the car 5 days at the most. Well, they reassured me that they had it at the Nissan repair shop and that the car needed a part that was not available and they sent out to for the part. After, that the communication seized with the updates, so I took it upon myself to contact them. They gave me no real information nor comfort as to letting me know that I will have my vehicle soon. So, I contacted Nissan where they told me that the car has not been at their shop since early last week. I contacted Enterprise to see where my car was. No real status, didnt tell me where it was and seem to be not concerned very much of my concern. It was the you still have to wait answer. I feel like Ive been lied to, treated unfairly as a female, and I think if I was a male they would have totally been on it. Feeling truly upset for making a decision to purchase from them and I will not recommend them to any of my friends and family. Extremely, Frustrated and Disappointed! Planning to take Action today!

ENTERPRISE SAVED MY DAY....THIS TIME I DIDNT RENT A CAR & DIDNT EXPECT TO DRIVE OUT OF THEIR LOT WITH A 2016 CHRYSLER 200 LIMITED EDITION..43K MILES IVE BOUGHT CARS BEFORE. BUT ILL NEVER FORGET THIS EXPERIENCE OF BUYING A CAR WITHOUT A CO-SIGNER OR BEING TOLD "SORRY WE CANT HELP YOU". ZANE WAS MORE THAN A FANTASTIC SALESMAN. Enterprise Car Rental recommended it since I was renting a car from them, and told them I was in the market for a replacement as my car was totalled. I called Enterprise Car Sales, and Sarah was very helpful over the phone. My wife and I then visited the lot with my sons, and spoke with Zack. He helped us look at several makes/models, and did not steer us to any one in particular but let us find what we liked. We had to wait 3 weeks for the insurance to clear, and Zack would call us regularly to see if we needed anything in the mean time without pressuring us at all. When we were ready to purchase a car, we saw Zack again, and drove several more cars, and decided on a 2016 Hyundai Sante Fe, and love it. The finance person, Carmen, set us up nicely with financing with a loan that works for us. We loved the experience so much, we will go back there first before considering other places.

Went to a high pressure car dealership and walked away. Then I remembered something while holding on the line of Enterprise Car Rental - We run a family business in a Corporate world, we treat people the way we want to be treated." So, I went to Enterprise Car Sales in Indy.and was very impressed with the selections. Talked with my sales consultant (Guy) and he very accomdating (found out that they are not on commission) but I had to go to Ohio for conference- while away, Guy texted me and said "I found the car for you and it just came in" I was like who does this? Well, when I returned to Indy and went there, he let me test drive the car and upon returning with my husband we bought the car and it was top of the line. I highly recommend Enterprise Car Sales at any location "Friendly, Professional and willing to go the extra mile to make you smile."

My credit union partnered with Enterprise and gave me an incentive to buy a new car a great low interest rate. Enterprise staffers, John Ferrano, Virgil and Zach Howell provided me with excellent customer service. Zach was the true shining star, he found me with the car I really wanted and the car I could really afford within my budget. There were a few issues with this new partnership but Enterprise rose to the occasion and fixed the issue. Overall, i am very happy with Enterprise and my credit union partnership, it is a great relationship. If you are a member of Financial Credit Union, look into this great deal if you want a new used car. Stop by Enterprise, and see Zach. Zach has many customer service awards on display in his office. He has earned my customer service award. A huge thanks goes out to all involved in my purchase!
