My wife and I came here on Monday to buy a car. We met Danny at the lot. What a hoot he is! He showed us the vehicle we wanted and we went into the office to do the paperwork. Everything was fine with the loan then it was not. None of us had a clue what happened. So Danny tried another bank and they wanted to much done. Danny was calm and professional. Me, on the other hand was a different story. So the deal was off. But 15 minutes later Danny called me and said he reworked the deal to help us out. So we went back Tuesday morning and we got the vehicle. So we want to thank Danny for taking great care of us. He is very friendly, professional and caring. Beware of A & P Automotive Company ... I recently took my vehicle here to get a new starter and my front struts replaced. When I went in on a TUESDAY MORNING, I told them that I had a squeak coming from my struts and that my car clicks here and there so I needed to get a new starter. I left my car with them , and got a call back saying the starter has been replaced and Im "good to go". I then had to remind them of my strut replacement. I immediately felt like they ignored me or didnt take me seriously as a customer. They then proceeded to "do repairs " but my car wasnt ready until 5:00 on WEDNESDAY EVENING. I got there , and as I was pulling out of the lot, I was ecstatic because my starter and my strut replacement came out PERFECTLY

My experience.... Lets start with Max -he was very professional and very honest. I have bought cars in the past but this is by far the best experience Ive had dealing with a car lot. If you call he gets back with you right away and very courteous. The car I got looked just as the picture, he provided a car fax with no problem. If I am ever in the market again I will be coming here and no where else. I plan to recommend him to friends and family because I know they wont be disappointed with the selection and the service. The car lot stands behind the cars they sale which can give anyone a sense of peace when it comes to purchasing. Five stars across the board to the car lot. Thanks Max!!!

First off, Five stars is not enough. Buying a car from A & P was the best car buying experience of my life. I worked with Danny and Tim to get my truck and they are great. Had a problem with the truck a few weeks later and came in and they helped me out with it. Where most used car dealer would have told me tough, cars are sold as it, they still helped me out. If you are buying a car in central Alabama go to them first. They are the only place I will buy and take my vehicle for service.

Two week update on my car: I will never recommend this dealership to no one. Ive been having problems with my car from the time i received it. Their whole demeanor changed. It wasnt even three full days WHEN i started experiencing problems. I tried taking it back, I was told they would take a look at it and they actually charged me to get it fixed. A day after getting it fixed I started having the same problems again. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They have good deals and help out but dont go out of their way to do it. Our vehicle was having issues unknown when we bought it but didnt offer to fix it but did warranty the parts and I repaired it myself. Great prices on tires and s services for vehicals though

Good, quick, friendly service while we were driving through from Mississippi to Georgia. They fixed a nail whole in our tire for $15, and didnt try to sell us anything we didnt need. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very accommodating and no wait time.
