We purchased our car (Mecury) from Tipton and have been very pleased with it. We use your service department for regular oil changes and other services, the service team (Jeff & Mike and the rest of the team) are awesome. Not only do we get great service, but the price is very resonable and they makes us aware of any specials that are available. I especially like how they explain things and dont dummy it down (just because I am a woman) or try to oversell services or products. Which makes my husband and I want to purchase other items, like tires. We drive from Greenfield, IN for the services and it is well worth it. Thank you for your fantastic customer service!!! I have always been satisfied with the work that you have done on my Mercury and that is Zona M. Waymire owner. When I took my Mercury into Ford and tell them to ck everything out the Mechanic found the air filter need a new one. He came out and showed me and thanked him because this is my last car I intend to buy and want to keep it in good shape. The service and sales and the women are excellent in doing there work for Tipton Ford . My experience with Tipton Ford can be summed up as Wonderful. I believe a great deal of that is due to my Salesman; Ron Boyland. Ron was very easy to deal with. He listened intently and helped me located what I wanted in a vehicle. I never felt pressured into anything. This was the way I think car buying should be. It was relaxing and almost fun. This experience didnt end with Sales. Everyone I met help make this one of the best car buying experiences Ive ever had. Thank you all.

This dealer is no-nonsense. Hammered out tentative deal on unseen vehicle, agreed to meet half way to look it over. Took car overnight, finished deal via e-mail and phone. Delivered in that half-way parking lot, signed papers, shook hands done. Nice used vehicle. Id work with them again if they have something I am looking for. Thanks Ron and crew.

Being 2300 miles from home with the "brake warning" light illuminated, I really appreciated the way the Service Department at Tipton Ford diagnosed the problem, ordered the required part and got me back on the road in time to make my next destination. I called Tipton Ford in what I thought was Tipton, Indiana. It was actually in Texas. I wanted to get an oil change and Texas said come right in. So I did, go right in but to Tipton Indiana.
