Poor communication and misleading description of vehicle condition. I was interested in a vehicle and had tried multiple times to get ahold of information about the vehicle and was told I would get a call back from Lamont. After multiple attempts and broken commitments from him I gave up. After leaving feedback about this experience Chris reached out to me and the rest of the sales process went well and they were then helpful and communicative. The vehicle was listed as excellent condition and when I asked if any body damage, anything broken or wrong with the vehicle I was told no. I purchased the vehicle and had shipped to me. Upon receiving the vehicle I found the lumbar motor broken, inside trim for the shifter was broken and evidence of poor glue job to band aid, front part of bumper mount had a broken clip causing the passenger side to hang down a little bit and create a gap, worn out rear shocks, squeaking pulley system, drivers seat that wiggles forward and backward so every time you hit the gas or brake you feel it move. I got ahold of the sales person Chris and told him about these items and how for a vehicle listed as excellent condition it was not properly disclosed. I asked for some of the items such as the trim piece, the squeaking pulley and non functioning seat lumbar motor to be fixed. He said he will price out the items and get back to me. A week went by and no contact. He said he would call me one night but never did. Talked to him the following week and said they cant help me and the owner does not want to resolve it and my problem. I reiterated that the vehicle was listed as in excellent condition and they told me nothing wrong with it when in fact obvious items were wrong. Said he would get back to me but simply ended up ignoring me. They are good prior to the sale, and have good prices. Be careful and fully inspect the vehicle you consider purchasing from them as they do not know vehicles well and either do not disclose issues or do not give them a basic run through to see what works or dont before listing for sale.

BUYER BEWARE!!! My youngest son wanted to go out on his own & buy a car yesterday. After he drove off in a truck he purchased from "WORLD CLASS MOTORS IN NOBLESVILLE" he called to tell the "exciting news". Needless to say I was extremely upset because they gave him $5,000 for his truck a $10,000 truck at minimum. They basically took advantage of him because he is slightly mentally challenged. He then proceeds to tell me that they want him to bring new tires and rims that he had bought months ago for the truck that he had traded in, (approximately $2,500.00 rims and tires), and then he said they took copies of his credit card and he had 24 hours to bring in $1,200 for sales tax or they were going run his credit card. When I called them to explain that Dillon was not able to read and write very good & asked if we could come up and go over all of his paperwork to make sure things were in order. And inquire in a warranty. They laughed and said they need paperwork saying he was a "retard" then proceeded to call me a dumb b**** and several other nasty nasty words. So I had him bring me his paperwork last night his sales tax had already been financed. When I called them this morning I asked them if he was supposed to bring sales tax and they stated yes and if he didnt they was going to run his card. When I explain to them that thats called double dipping and that they were busted they proceeded again to call me every name in the book. Hung up and called me back to explain that actually the 1200.00 wasnt for sales tax (after they admitted it was) that it was for rims and tires he promised them that they were going to run his credit card for it (of course I have already reported his card info stolen) They are threatening to sue me for harassment and are calling my son (actually calling him asking him if he is a retard)??!!!. Threatening him to bring up tires and rims and cash so please everyone beware of these people they are the most unprofessional crooked people I have ever dealt with in my life!!!

Car was not as advertised. Drove a considerable distance in order to look at a Mazda3 that I thought was a strong deal. Car was listed as being ding and defect free with a clean interior and no signs of previous damage. This was not the case. There was not a panel on the car that did not have a dent or ding on it. I calmly told the owner that we were frustrated and that we were upset that our time was wasted. At this point I felt that he was incredibly rude and said things like "You cant expect me to believe that a person as intelligent as you are trying to act thought he was going to come down here to look at a car that was in good condition." He mocked the car I drove up in and my career. He told me that I couldnt cut it in sales and I didnt need to tell him how to run his business. When I mentioned I was still in sales and am fairly successful, he looked at the rental the body shop had provided me and said, "Oh yeah, you look real successful." He also mentioned he had a lawyer on retainer to deal with "People like me." He was rude, and I was shocked that he would talk to me that way and he spoke disrespectfully of my fiance. She stayed in the car because she was so frustrated that we had driven as far as we did for a car that was in such poor shape. This guy is the reason I got out of car sales. His reputation smears that of all the reputable men and women out there trying to do an honest job like the gentleman I purchased my car from the next day. Do yourself a favor and save your gas, from my experience I feel the savings arent worth the risk.

I bought a car from them like 2 weeks ago, it was great when they "SOLD" me the car, very easy and fast, but I found a problem with a car few days ago, right front headlight was very loose , about to fall. I called in for few days trying to get it resolved, they wont transfer me to the sales associate who sold my car and keep telling me to call back....5th day still no return call or nothing....I gave them 5 star for expediting sales, but after they sold me the car, they dont care about you. If there was 0 star I can give, I wouldve but I have to choose at least one star. They have very poor after service , I would never go back or recommend this place to anyone. They will call you every 5 min to sale you the car, but they will never talk to you after , I actually thought they were great but now....after 5 days of ignoring me, I feel like they played me. Dont buy a car here, if you do, make sure you get Carfax (which I didnt get any) and inspect every little thing before you buy....I think the sale guy Mame was or something similar, and MIKE..who I think is the owner.....I am very upset at their customer service and I will never recommend or go back to them ever. Mike is a liar, he told me car was not in an accident before signing paper, and now he says he never mentioned. this experience gave me a good lesson about recording all verbal discussion from now on. Mike tries to argue and fight with a customer
