We just bought our 2nd vehicle from Pat it was another very pleasant & easy experience. We were able to pick up our Ford Edge the same day we made the decision to buy. When we came back to pickup the car Pat personally spent 2 hours to explain how to use every option this vehicle was equipped with on the inside and outside. They are so different from other dealerships around, there is no pressure from any sales person. They also have a great repair department that does very good work & reasonable prices.

I recently bought a 2010 car from here. It was a great experience! All of the staff were helpful and genuine. Mike went out of his way to work with me on a fair price and package to make sure I got everything I wanted. An even bigger step for me though was that they did all of the small things that saved a lot of time. I didnt have to do anything at the DMV and very little with my insurance, they did everything for me. Im glad I went with the local guys who were not pushy but that wanted my business.

I got a clean, low mileage vehicle that ran very well, and it was at a great price. I traveled from the Syracuse area because the value was better at Action Auto in Cortland. The dealership was clean and welcoming, from the office to the restrooms. Mike was very easy to work with, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. He was the complete opposite of what you think of when saying the phrase "used car salesman". He applied no pressure at all and was a pleasure to work with. Ill be back!
