My family was in the market for a new van. We had not purchased a vehicle in almost 10 years and were a bit lost on how to go about the process. We reached out to CXB and let Joe know we were in the market for a Honda Odyssey and gave him how many miles it needed to be and a price. We expected the process to take a couple of months, however he found us a vehicle in a matter of days! The van he found us was above and beyond what we were looking for as he found us a top of the line Odyssey for less than our maximum price! We are more than thrilled with the purchase and have had no issues with the van. The process was easy and required little effort on our part, just signing the paperwork. Joe made it really easy and did a fantastic job. The next time were in the market for a car, well be only making one call to CXB.

What a great car buying experience! I had been eyeing a 2007 Nissan Altima sedan that CXB had in stock, and finally decided to contact the dealer. Joe was very pleasant to deal with, and we agreed on a price that I absolutely could not refuse. To top it off, when I told him I couldnt make it to Virginia Beach that day, he drove the car to my house, in Newport News, for me to inspect it personally! Poor guy, he got caught up with tunnel traffic and it took him 3 hours to get here! But WOW! Talk about going above and beyond for a customer! Needless to say, once I was satisfied with the car in person, I worked everything out with my bank and bought it from CXB the following business day. Our family will be in touch with Joe and CXB in the future when we need another vehicle.

I love my car a whole lot! Joe is a awesome person over all his customer service and honesty was a major deal in my book! When i first called to inquire about the vehicle he was able to answer ALL of my question and just plane kept it real with me. I asked to have the car looked over at the dealership and he had no problem at all doing that, so that was a make or break situation for me. So i had only one concern and i almost couldnt believe it, but he fixed it with no hesitation.So if he has something you like get it.Hope my review was helpful. I had a good experience dealing with Joe, the owner of CXB. He was easy to deal with, was flexible and reasonable. He had no problem letting me take the car to my mechanic for an inspection before i made an offer. He acquires used cars that are in good condition, he makes sure they are in optimal condition before he puts them on the lot and then he stands behind them. A week after I purchased a 4Runner from him I noticed a subtle noise going over potholes. It turned out that a sway bar bushing was worn and needed replacing...Joe took care of the issue without hesitation. He offers a 30 day 1,000 mile guarantee on all the vehicles he sells. I would definitely recommend CXB to anyone looking for a quality used car.

Was in the market for a 4Runner. Saw that Joe had a 2006 with optional V8 and third row seats, which is very rare. It had small discrepancies but I didnt care, it was such a good deal! It was clean and He hand picks his stock and makes sure theyre clean and properly maintained. As an one man operation, I was honestly impressed how organized and professional he was at all times. Whenever I needed anything, he always delivered and responded back in a timely manner. I tend to not leave a review, but he definitely put it the work to make sure I was satisfied with my SUV. I would recommend CXB to anyone looking for a fairly priced, good vehicle and hassle free purchase.

Joe specializes in used, late model, in very good condition cars and trucks. Joe goes the extra mile to make sure the vehicle is in pristine condition before he delivers it to you. He is up front about the pricing but laid back in his sales approach. He has a Carfax report available for every vehicle he sells so you can scope out any issues with the car before the test drive. He does all the registration and DMV paperwork for you, and if you are Active Duty or Retired Military, he waives the processing fee. If you are looking for a fair-priced, great condition car or truck—go see Joe!!

After Hurricane Matthew flooded my car I came across CXB auto, that was the best thing that happened to my car buying experience. The only thing I regret is the fact that I wasted time at two other car lots before going to see an amazing dealer who was knowledgeable and great to work with. Shawn was great, very relaxed personality. Not your typical car salesman. I wasnt impressed with ANY of the other 100 used car sales lots and salesmen in the norfolk/VA beach area. He is passionate about car sales like his father. Prices are fair and he makes sure the vehicles are mechanically inspected thoroughly. Would definitely shop there again!

Great independent dealership. Just bought a 07 Volvo XC90 for a good price after 3 weeks of nightmare test drives on Craigslist and dealerships in Norfolk and Va Beach. Joe had no problems with me having my mechanic look at it first before paying and the mechanic couldnt find a single thing wrong with it. 10/10
