I made an appointment to have a recall done to my car. Dropped it off was supposed to have a rental, had to wait about 2 hours for one to come back it was late, dark. Left with the rental, it had dirty tissues, garbage all over the front seat and floor. The next day they said my car was ready. Went to pick it up, It was dark and raining when I picked it up. They said well they did the oil change like I asked, "but they charged me for too much oil". They could not find anything with the other two complaints I had, 1) cruise control, 2) the transmission, "but did not tell me they changed modules charging my warranty. To top it off they did not do the recall said they didnt have the part, They had a month to get it. When I left I got in my car and it was out of gas, it was not when I dropped it off. I went to the gas station started pumping gas and saw they scratched the roof of my car. I went home and called Corp of Chrysler told them They told me they would handle it. going back and forth with them. They told me I had to go show them the damage. The service manager made a complete ASS out of me. Telling me I was lying that I just wanted them to pay for it because I didnt want to. They could not find the report for my car. told me to wait 10 minutes later came in and said they found it. The papers said there was damage before I dropped it off. How convenient.. I asked to talk to his manager within seconds his manager walked in and said " You are wasting his time and now mine" turned and walked out left me sitting there. Never was I ever treated so bad in my life. WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THEIR LOT AGAIN, HORRIBALE...... DONT GO THERE IF YOU LIKE YOUR CAR....

Worst customer service and service department Ive ever seen. I have no idea how this place stays open. Nobody ever picks up phone in service department, leave your number, they never call back. They tell you 3 days for a job, it turns to over a week. Waited in Jeep showroom by myself for 1/2 an hour before anyone even walks in, I could have broken or stole stuff from the showroom. People I know said they were terrible and I didnt believe them, now I know first hand, find another dealership, this one is a disgrace to every car company it sells for.

I just leased a Jeep Grand Cherokee and I could not be happier! Julie is amazing! Im a recent college grad with lots of debt who needed a reliable vehicle for my first "big girl job"-Julie walked the entire lot with me to find a car that fit my needs and budget. They gave me top dollar for my trade in vehicle and Im so grateful for that. My entire family has purchased or leased vehicles from Burgers and we dont plan on ever going anywhere else. So if you need a new car and want to be treated like family, I highly recommend stopping by Bergers!!

This place was phenomenal! I dont know what all the bad reviews were about. Matt was a SUPERB guy to work with - EXTREMELY professional. We negotiated a price ahead of time - we were making a long drive to get the truck we wanted most. Then, NO BULL. Where most dealerships Ive dealt with will negotiate and then renig on the deal and/or try to upsell you, this place just gave us what we came for and we very much appreciated it. For a NO HASSLE car sale with a FAIR price and a super PROFESSIONAL staff check this place out!

Purchased a 2017 Wrangler in May. Berger beat everyones price from Danville to Wilkes-Barre to Harrisburg. And the buying experience was great. Julie was wonderful to work with...no pressure...just provided the information we needed to make our decision. Before buying, I read a few negative reviews about not being able to reach people and not getting calls returned. Not our experience. I would definitely recommend Berger. And we love our Wrangler! Not a single issue...runs great and fun to drive. Highly recommend...

Great friendly customer service here. I always bring my vehicle in for service and I always feel appreciated as a customer. I only have the one vehicle so I depend on it to get me where I need to be. I also have a very busy schedule day to day so when my vehicle is due for service I drop off and they give me a loaner vehicle or offer to shuttle me where ever I need to go. I have been going here for the last 13 years - and theres no reason I need to go anywhere else! The sales people are great and always welcoming.

If you plan to have your car serviced here be warned. Its difficult to get the service dept. without having your time wasted. Plan on long waits on hold listening to a commercial, dropped calls, & promises to call back that may or may not happen. When I spoke to Mr. Berger about it he seemed irritated to be bothered and I was lectured about how busy they are, told I was wrong, and finally told I was a "smart ass". That evidently is the "Berger way" of customer support............

Dennis Moore in the Mazda service department is fantastic! the mechanics take good care of my care and I always have piece of mind that I am driving a safe car. they will tell me things I need and do not need and when something will be recommended by my next visit. the sales staff is always friendly as well. highly recommended!

Worst service I have ever gotten from any business. This place needs to be shut down. They sold me a key that wasnt even for my car. They ignored me when i called and had me on hold until I hung up. Ive been trying to get my car serviced for the past three months. Now Ive junked my car and will never buy a Cadillac ever again.

I have a 2015 Chrysler 200 and I absolutely love it. I live near a person that works at the dealership and they pick up my car before work and drop it off when its finished. The finance department was nice to deal with when I bought it and the sales staff is so nice too. I definitely recommend this dealership.
