BUYERS BEWARE! Bought a 2002 Ford Focus in May 2016. Told Kyle and Dennis we needed a reliable car to travel from Norfolk, Virginia to Anchorage, Alaska. Kyle highly recommended the Ford Focus and assured us we could drive it to Alaska. Three days later, the car would not start (and on several other occasions) and a week later, the radiator hose leaked when we were driving on the highway. Took it to a Ford dealership service center for assessment. We were told someone had messed up the electrics under the dashboard and it would cost $1,600 as a start to have it fixed and it may cost more. We sold the car as scrap. Do not buy a car from this dealership without having it looked at by a professional mechanic first.

I am really enjoying the car Dennis sold to me in April. I could not have received a better deal even if I went to a dealership with good credit. Dennis and Kyle as well took very good care of me. They were honest, up front, and professional unlike Pride Automotive. I am so use to buying lemons in the HR area that almost everyday I am shocked my car is running without disturbances or problems. Dennis did his best to make sure I left his lot in a dependable car. And Kyle is a just a cutie that made my car buying experience even more pleasurable.

best customer service from a car dealership Ive experienced so far. Ive been in and out of dealerships for a while now as I am a very picky person when it comes to cars..Kyle has worked with me a lot to get the exact car I wanted at a great price with follow up service to meet all the needs that you may have when going into the shop...very relaxed environment as well as quick process to get you in and out on the road with your new car! While the staff is very nice, they are dishonest. I was told that the clutch in my car was new. However, 3 months later it needed to be completely replaced, and when the parts were shown to me the flywheel was riddled with hot spots, the pilot bearing was not only corroded, but also fell out of place, and the entirety of the clutch was rusted and warped. There was no way this clutch was new as East Beach Auto had told me.

Bought a used car here in April, by May had already had to get sensor fixed, new tires and then the transmission!! Yes the transmission and the "warranty" which is crap only paid $1000. Aside from paying cash full price I had to come out of pocket an additional $2000. So I could have gone to a more reputable dealership and got a good car. Now I just have debt

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Do not buy a car from here without having it looked at by a professional mechanic. Almost purchased a Hyundai from here and it turns out it had some serious transmission issues.
