They dont even deserve a star. Let me start by saying that I drove over 100 miles round trip to this joke of a dealership only to find that the car they had advertised wasnt even there nor where any of the other vehicles I came to look at. That should have been the first red flag - silly me. Then I was driven 15 minutes from the actual dealership to see the "car" that I had told them about and 1) it wasnt even the same car 2) it was at some hole in the wall trailer workshop to be re-striped. At this point I should have known better but decided to look at what else they had to offer. Found a car and then the sales person Ronnie or whatever his name was begin to get pushy in the name of his boss Marty. Well long story short I got the car and once I was on the interstate headed home what do you know the check engine light comes on. I call the dealership and no answer of course. No answer the following day. In the meantime, I find that the steering wheel has a nice coat of paint on it that is now peeling off this paint was to hide the peeling cracked issues. Then I find this crafty fabric-y thing in my passenger seat and what do you know its hiding a cigarette burn. Then more burns that we very strategically camoflaged by this fabric piece. It was pretty genius they spent so much time hiding all of these flaws but yet if they put that same effort into supplying quality vehicles and repairing and checking out these cars theyd probably have a pretty top notch business. Finally I get a hold of them and tell them I want to bring the car back. I then had the displeasure of dealing with Marty. He has to be the epitome of a sleazy car salesman. He was by far the rudest most disrespectful person Ive ever dealt with. Blah Blah Blah he finally agrees to fix whatevers wrong with the car then tells me I will have to drive it to his dealership. Umm are you kidding another trip wow. So needless to say it went back. Ill tell you now I bought the car in August and what do you know the heat no longer works in it. The only thing Im thankful for is the warranty which I will now have the headache of dealing with. Dont be stupid and buy from them like I did. This place is completely ridiculous. Just in case you decide to make a bad choice just think twice and read the fine print in the contract and look at the car with a fine tooth comb. Im now going to find another vehicle to replace this rigged joke they sold me so someone else can deal with it. Thanks alot Beach Auto you guys suck!

I read the online reviews and figured this was a great place to shop for a car. Very surprised to find out that I was wrong. The sales representative that helped me was very rude and pushy. He asked what I wanted and what my price range was and when I told him he showed me cars that did not match either. He showed me cars that were hatchbacks when I requested sedans, and cars that were $3000+ over my price range. When I told him I needed to stay in my price range he retorted, very rudely, that "everything is negotiable," yet he never confirmed that it would be within my price range. The car I wanted, that was well within my price range, was sold already. He said there might be another car of the same model on their other lot which was "right down the street" and that we should just go check it out. I asked if he could check beforehand on the website or somewhere so we wouldnt have to make a wasted trip in the snow. He replied, again very rudely, "well cars come in every day I dont know." I politely refused to go, twice, yet he made me feel as though I was being rude and he was just trying to help me. He convinced me that since it was just right down the street theres no harm in just going to look (it was freezing outside and snowing a little). I told him I didnt want to go again but he coerced me. I just gave up and agreed because I didnt want to be rude but I followed in my car. I didnt want to be stuck on the lot waiting for him to drive me back if I didnt see anything I liked. This drive took longer than 10 minutes, it was not "just right down the street." When we got there we barely looked around. It was freezing and I could tell that the cars on that lot were out of my price range. I thanked him for helping me and left to a different dealership that actually helped me without making me feel pressured or rude. Maybe it was just the sale representative I got, but this place left a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be coming back.

Im not giving this review as a lash-out. I have waited 11 months to give this review just so I didnt write it out of anger. I bought my car back in March from this dealership. I spoke with a salesperson who no longer works here. Im an active duty female military member. I know absolutely nothing about cars. I bought a car that was almost $10,000 overpriced. Some of you might say I should have known better. But I didnt. When I say I know nothing about cars, I truly mean that. I was taken advantage of because it was obvious I knew nothing. Some of you may say, "Well why wouldnt you take someone in to help you?" I did. My boss. Who happened to be bestfriends with my salesperson. A fact I didnt know until halfway through the sale. Now, 11 months later, I have spent $700 on repairs, and a transmission that needs rebuilt. My check engine light came on the same day I bought the car. But they "Couldnt help me because it was low on gas and would go away." - I promise I knew this was a lie. But alas, I went on deployment for a couple of months and could do nothing about it at the time. But now Im stuck with the repairs because they refuse to help me. And because I cant afford everything, Im forced to trade the car in. If you buy a car from this dealership, make sure that youre buying the car for what its worth & that theyre not hiding mechanical issues from you. I learned this mistake the hard way. They will take advantage of you. If I could give this place less than a one star review, I would.

SHAWN IS PROBABLE THE BEST SALESMAN I HAVE EVER DELT WITH , I was looking to buy a FORD EXPEDITION, when i spoke with SHAWN on the phone he told me that they had a nice blue one that was for sale. I went down on a saturday to look at the truck , we went on a nice test drive he went over the whole truck with me, he even stopped at 7-11 and bought me and my kids some sodas, TALK ABOUT ABOVE AND BEOND , so we get back to the lot and he opens the hood and goes over the entire truck with me INSIDE AND OUT , I was fully impressed at this point. So I wanted to know more about the finance and warranty, He took us inside and went over everything with us SO i bought the truck he read over every piece of the contract with me , he did NOT just throw it at me and tell me to sign. HE EXPLAINED TO ME THAT I WAS BUYING A USED CAR AND IF THERE WERE ANY ISSUES TO GET HIM INVOLVED , I have had minor problems nothing big but he has always done his best to help me , I WOULD RECOMMEND SHAWN , AND BEACH AUTO BROKERS TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A GREAT DEALERSHIP THAT STANDS BEHIND THERE PRODUCT AND THERE SALESMAN ACTUALLY HAVE INTEGRITY .......
