Vince said "I went above and beyond for you guys"( Shouldnt the customer determine that?),he did the very opposite! ALL he did was replace the brake pads, that SHOULD of been replace beforehand ,so the alternator that went out on me and my wife(pregnant) and my son the very next day after he finally decided to release the vechile, along with the low oil pressure gage going off with a knocking noise, stabilitytrak defective, traction control DEFECTIVE, air bag defective every thing is defective , He said he wont fix it after giving me and my wife the run around for 2 weeks.VINCE! Also had the ordasity to say because of my weight(mind you im a athlete) that I cause the air bag issue (dont forget we only had the car for a DAY when all of these issue arose including the air bag issue). Now after being told by VINCE! "I have nothing to do with the car so have a good day" he hasnt return any of my phones call or text. The mechanic that Vince claim he dealt with said "we are not affiliated with that man" and "you guys just got the car from him, he should fix it, any other dealership wouldve". I will not give the name of auto shop because i dont want there name involed in this review, reason being they had awesome customer service. Ive notice a lot other bad review. He has lost a potential recurring customer and will receive nothing but bad referels and he seems to be struggling he has no support I wonder why. I hope after reading this, anyone interested in dealing with Gordon Motor loses any kind of interest especially if you have a family.

This guy is awful. He is the only one here and we wanted to test drive a car. He told us he would be with us shortly after he finished helping another customer. We waited patiently while he was yelling ridiculously at the customer service agent on the phone (his internet stopping working) we stuck it out and waited 45 minutes for him to get the other customers helped. There was no AC in the building and I was dying of heat. He finally came out and asked us what our price range was. I said around $5000 and he said well that Honda you are looking at is 5200 so I dont want to waste your time. I said wed still like to drive it and he with an attitude said its 5200 out the door so if your budget is 5000 I dont want to waste your time or mine. This guy was very rude and not willing to even nogotiate at all. This car had a giant crack in the windshield and they didnt want to fix it or negotiate price. Ive never been to dealer who doesnt negotiate.

I wanted to let you know that I had a deal for a 2003 Blazer that was for sale by Gordon Auto Sales in Norfolk, VA (I was directed there from the CarGurus website). We shook hands last Saturday and I was prepared to go pick up the car this Saturday (when we shook on the deal I was unable to get cash). I spoke to Vince Gordon on Tuesday to confirm that I was still interested in the car and that I would be down there on Saturday. I called him today to confirm that I would be there on Saturday and he informed me that he sold the car yesterday. That is no way to do business and I suggest that you let anyone else know that may be considering buying from this guy to re-think their purchase.

this dealership is a rip off first i purchaced a truck and gordan couldnt find the title and i had to turn it back in to get another truck. then i paid him the last payment and he sent some jack leg people to come pick up my truck. he cant look u in the face when he talks to you. my fiancee said he didnt trust him from the beinging and we shouldnt have never given him the busniess. i had several people to ask about buying there i highly recommended that they dont so they went to another top notch dealer which is where im trading this junk truck to today

HORRIBLE PLACE TO DEAL WITH! You are told the car is in great shape, no issues and 10 miles down the road the check engine light comes on and the "owner" says he cant do anything about that! It is not like I drove for a week and beat up the car myself! These were extremely big issues- catalytic converter, engine mounts missing. Supposedly these things were fixed but now the vehicle is at pep Boys because more things are wrong! What a joke! Two weeks now and I have had the car in my possession for 2 days total!

Its Great service, love the vehicle selection and low prices, Mr. Gordon is a good person and makes you comfortable with the vehicle that suits you best!! I was given this dealer phone number by my first class, and he told me that this dealer was known to be fair and had a good review with the military. I found the perfect car and the price was much cheaper than any other dealer in the area. I was very happy with the way I was treated and found out Mr. Gordon was a prior vet as well and he really does care about vets and I will send any of my friends to this dealer as well.
