We went to Fred Frederick Dodge in Easton, Md, to originally purchase Jeep cap covers for our Jeep vehicle. In the meantime, we decided to ask a Retail Sales Consultant some questions about purchasing a vehicle and was assigned Greg Phillips. Greg Phillips took the time and walked us around the lot to see what type of vehicle we interested in buying. At that time, we had to leave, due to a prior engagement and Greg Phillips gave us his business card and informed us anytime we wanted to schedule an appointment, he would be more than happier to do that for us. Everyone there is very customer friendly. Our Second Visit with Greg Phillips was very excellent. Greg Phillips was very friendly, explained all details, reviewed and gave excellent quality services and different options of coverage for the vehicle that we were purchasing. Greg Phillips is a very excellent and detailed Retail Sales Consultant. I have told my friends, Co-workers, and relatives the excellent and caring response that I received from your Dealership. As a first time buyer, I was treated with dignity and respect. I rate this Car Dealership as excellent - words cant describe the excellent service that I received there. Greg Phillips showed us every feature in the Jeep Compass that we purchased. Greg Phillips answered any questions, that we had. The experience and friendly customer service was very outstanding and we didnt spend a lot of time there, and the process was quick and easy. I was so happy and couldnt stop talking about how Greg Phillips had made us feel. I told everyone each and every time we made a phone call to speak with Greg Phillips he was always available and if Greg Phillips was with another customer, the secretary informed us that he was busy and Greg Phillips returned our phone call immediately without hesitation. Again I would extremely recommend Greg Phillips. Greg Phillips was very friendly, explained all details, reviewed and showed us the inside and outside and every feature of the Jeep Compass and gave us excellent quality services and different options of coverage for vehicle that we were purchasing. I was never a Dodge fan. Have always have at least fifty vehicles in my corporate fleet, never a Dodge. Recently, I bought a Ram 3500 as my personal vehicle. During the recent storm, I was plowing when the lower reverse gear clutch burned up. During the storm the dealership was closed. I called a transmission shop and spoke to the owner. He told me Dodge would not stand behind the warranty because of the plow. I was sickened until Monday AM when Fred Frederick of Easton opened. I told the entire story to Jeff Frederick and asked if he would stand behind the transmission. Jeff answered me by asking a question. Jeff asked, why I thought he would not stand behind the transmission? I told him because the transmission shop told me he wouldnt. Jeff put everyone of my concerns to rest. He told me he is so confident in the transmission and truck that he doubted that I could have done anything to hurt the transmission. He said they have so few transmission problems that he wasnt even able to guess what went wrong; but, he said he would certainly take care of it no questions asked. He called me Tuesday to give me an update. He called me Thursday to say it was ready, but if I gave him another day, he would have it detailed and seal the paint. Friday, I received a call to pick up my newly detailed, sealed, and repaired truck. Oh yeh, Jeff mentioned that a seal tore causing the problem. He said he thought that would never happen again. He went on to tell me that should we get no more snow this year, and something happens again next year, I should not worry because he will cover that transmission without any problem. I never had such a level of care and responsive service. This is why I ranked them EXCELLENT.

Proud to be a Fred Frederick Customer My wife and I contacted Mr. Wallace a few weeks ago inquiring about a 2014 Jeep and setup a time to meet with him. After letting Mr. Wallace know that we werent going to be able to make it down we said we would reschedule. A few weeks went by and I had not had time to setup another visit to their dealership when I received a voice mail out of the blue from Mr. Wallace asking if we were still looking for a Jeep. I returned his call on his day off and spoke to his manager Fletch. We made the trip to Fred Frederick later that day and ended up getting a great deal on not only my wifes dream vehicle but also got a fantastic trade in value on her old vehicle, received a discount on what has to be the best warranty ever, and also Fletch went above and beyond and advised us how to get reimbursed for the balance of the extended warranty we purchased on my wifes old vehicle. This dealership is a class act all the way, I made a comment to who I thought was another salesman walking through the lot that the "Fred Frederick" logo on the lift gate of our new Jeep is the only logo I would ever leave on and that I have always removed logos from new vehicles but this one will be staying. This gentleman was actually the owner of the dealership, Imagine that, the owner of a dealership working on a Saturday. What a breath of fresh air to find this dealership, they are truly a gem of the Eastern Shore and judging by the cleanliness of their service department (which I snuck into) we will definitely be using them for all our Mopar needs from here on out. Charlie Wallace, Rob Robinson, and everybody at Fred Frederick in Easton deserves high marks for sales! My wife and I were in search of a used truck. We went through other dealers, but Charlie was by far the best salesman that I dealt with during this process. He was spot on with his professionalism, knowledge, willingness to work with my wife and I, and could not have been a nicer guy to converse with and eventually make a deal with. He was THE BEST SALESMAN we could have hoped for! We found trucks at other dealers that were good trucks, but the reason we went with the Ram at Fred Frederick was the 100% professionalism and non-pressure environment put forth by Charlie. He made my wife and I feel 100% comfortable and confident that the place to buy our Ram was Fred Frederick, and that Charlie was the guy to work with! He was outstanding from start to finish! Also, I need to give high praise to Rob Robinson. I initially found this Ram through searching the internet, and when I contacted Fred Frederick, Rob was the initial person I dealt with because he handled internet sales and inquiries. The only reason I drove an hour to go view this truck was because Rob was EXTREMELY professional and helpful with all of the questions I had about the Ram. Once I stepped on the lot, he turned me over to Charlie, who we eventually made the deal with, but none of it would have been possible without the help of Rob as well! I would DEFINITELY recommend both Charlie and Rob as salesman to work with, and Fred Frederick as the place to go to get yourself a Ram!
