Action Auto Specialist is a blessing in disguise. Because of my bad credit 99% of the car dealerships wouldnt even give me a chance to work with them. My man TJ called me immidiately after i had asked him some question about a car and then the magic began. Tj assurd me that i would be leaving with a car of my choice and that best fit my needs. He not only did not let me down but Action Autos did the impossible. They got me an incredibly low interest rate despite my credit score. For those of you with bad credit, Action Auto Specialist will help you rebuild your credit and get you where you need to be in life. I plan on do buisness with them in the future and i will send everyone their way if they need a car. YES i am a customer and im writing this review because i am very happy with the service that was provided to me. The professionalism and the customer service they have their is out of this world. IF you are in need of a car go to ACTION AUTO SPECIALIST if you dont go there you will be greatly disappointed. Now that ive said my piece i am going to go and enjoy my new ride. Just bought a car today from Action Auto Specialist and i was a little iffy about it since its a pretty new place but the customer service was great. Jose Mendez and Mike Carter were huge helps with the whole process for getting me in and out. I came in dreading the whole ordeal but they took care of everything and went over everything in detail for me. Ive always been a huge advocate for smaller dealerships because theyre more personal and have more time for you and this experience has proven that fact yet again.

Mike Carter and Bill Conrad at Action Auto Went WAY above and Beyond what they had to do to help get my financing approved!! Very happy with them both!! I went in with my ideal car in mind and they made sure that I didnt leave without it. They were very kind and accommodating with my family during the wait and the process was smooth and easy.
