My parents were interested in a used vehicle on the lot. We had a nice test drive and then came back to find that there was a dent in the bumper and a cracked reflector which the salesman had no idea of what or when it had happened. Issue #1: Upon hearing that we were coming in again to negotiate a deal, they took the vehicle to their shop in the back to have it "prepared." Essentially, they had the bumper repainted black to hide all the white scratches. We brought this issue up to them to bring down the price of the vehicle and they said that it was no big deal if it was an "on the lot" accident. (i.e., not a real accident, bumpers these days arent made like they use to be, we aint budging on our price) Issue #2: Apparently they have a "best price" practice where you cannot negotiate the sticker price. They believe that buyers who browse the internet for the best prices are already doing "negotiations." They claim they have the best pricing on their used vehicles (not true). Not only is this practice NOT disclosed on their postings online, they wait until you are interested in buying the vehicle, drive all the way to the dealership and them BOOM: no price haggling here! (kept feeding us the line "this car is not right for you" essentially telling us to leave) I would never recommend this place to any friend or family for a used vehicle. We had a horrible experience with the used car manager who was the most rude individual weve ever met.

Great used car buying experience thanks to salesman Cam Kline and Sales Department manager Jeff. I was able to test drive the car for as long as I wanted and or have it checked out by an independent mechanic. I knew what they were asking for the car and told them how much I was willing to pay. No funny games, Sales Manager okayed my offer without BS. This was amazing as Performance had been asking almost $2000 dollars LESS than a dealership in Allentown was for the same year, model and mileage car. I didnt once hear the typical BS how they were losing money on the deal. Very professional and respectful in the sense they offered the car at a honest rather than an inflated price and still were willing to accept my offer. I dont know what more a customer can expect. My experience certainly has changed my perception of used car dealerships. Larry C

Performance Volvo is an exceedingly well run, professional, friendly, and fair place to buy a Volvo. I custom ordered a new XC90 in July-2015 and kept in close contact with my salesperson, Ken Babel. Ken was fantastic to work with and delivered on 100% of everything he said he would. Its becoming rare to find people like Ken; someone with integrity and who care about customer service.

In addition a year earlier the service staff worked on an older vintage Volvo 240 of mine and were superb to deal with and made the car,which had been in a barn, like new.
