My husband and I went car shopping today. We were looking for a small car to pull behind our motorhome. We dont normally shop at small dealers, but found CAR CONCEPTS of COLORADO on-line today after going through several big dealers in Colorado Springs. We decided to check them out. Unlike other car dealers, it was a very pleasant experience, with no pressure to buy from either the sales person or the owner himself. They listened to our needs, and showed us the perfect car for what we were looking for. When we decided to purchase the car, they explained everything completely, and ensured we were satisfied throughout the buying process. I have bought a lot of cars in my lifetime. By far this was the most satisfying experience ever. Car Concepts is THE BEST dealer in Colorado Springs! I highly recommended them.

This place was by far one of the best dealers in town. They have the best customer service I have ever had from a dealer. I was able to get the car looked at and inspected before the purchase and they did most of the work fast and perfectly when it came to loans and paperwork. Easiest car deal ever. Stopped in and appreciated the easy vibe. No high pressure sales pitch. Went to my bank for a loan. My bank was dragging their feet on the loan. Called Ben to tell him and he wanted to try his financing. He got the deal done, so when I came back in it took about 20 minutes and I was driving off in my new car. Really easy process and good people. The lot had quality cars at good prices. I recommend them.
