So I bought a 1996 Acura TL from them about two years ago. When you first walk in theres not a big seating area, its very dirty and not "professionally spiffy" like most regular car dealerships. Its located in a weird part of town in a trashy looking hard to maneuver shopping center. They were professional but they lacked knowledge in the car and did not specify all the issues accompanied with this vehicle. After driving the car off the lot I took it to emissions and it did not pass...we called to inform them of that and they willingly took it back and fixed whatever wasnt passing in the emissions. By the second time around the acura finally passed emissions... Im pretty sure most car dealerships make sure every car is ready to pass emissions after purchase, so having to make two trips was kind of annoying. So we had to take it to the shop and fix whatever needed to be fixed to pass emissions. Test driving the car I didnt realize that the weird shifting issue had to do with the transmission. Now note that transmissions are hefty to fix. I dont know much about cars so I didnt think anything of it. What happens is, from time to time at a red light I will stop, then when I go and gain speed it shifts as if its a manual (its an automatic) so imagine someone who owns a manual transmission shift wrong, the big jolt it makes when that happens literally happens to the Acura. Then...a few weeks into the winter the fan for the heater system stopped working so there was no heat or air conditioning working. Then on top of that the battery died...when that happened it completely shut off all radio function. I needed a "code" specific to my car to unlock the radio and have it work again. I called the dealership and they did not have the code for us. SO I have been driving in silence for the past two years. I am so angry at how rushed and shitty this purchase was. I was 5000 in the hole with this piece of metal garbage. Honestly, this car was completely marked up and was not worth anymore than 3000 when I bought it. Now its worth about 500$ aka trash. I am getting a new car tomorrow and it most definitely wont be from this dealership.

I was here recently to drive a vehicle and to compare it to an identical vehicle at another dealership. First off, not really any issues with how I was greeted, but once we got to the test drive then things went down hill from there. I started the car and I could hear an odd noise from underneath the car. I let it be so I could test the car on the road. Immediately the seller blasts the air so I couldnt hear the car. I asked a couple questions about the car but he couldnt give me any real information, just kept telling me that there was no way I was going to find this car in better condition at this price. When we got back to the dealership he asked how was it, I said "OK" and he seemed offended by this. So before we were gonna talk numbers I told him there was another car I needed to go try so I could compare the two. He insisted that we talk numbers so we ended up at a figure and I said thanks for your time I will keep in touch. He seemed confused that he got my rate in a range under what I was budgeting. He insisted that I let him know if I buy another car that day. The other car was in fort Collins and traffic was horrible. So after I get to the other dealership and test drive and compare. This car was clearly in top notch condition so I purchased it in full confidence... Well Im on my way back to town and traffic was even worse, so as Im driving the seller at rausch started sending me texts about if I was still shopping and if I bought something. He was flat out harassing me while I was driving, trying to see if I was going back to buy his car or not. Saying things like he had to stay 4 extra hours at work because I didnt call him and he couldve been at home with his family and I wasnt being fair to him. Maybe I just got the one seller that has ruined this companies image for me, but I have already and will continue to tell people that this place is a horrible place to shop for a car. Seller knew nothing about the car, and the car had clear issues with it (clear at least to me), and then the flat out harassment that continued after I left the dealership. It was absolutely unbelievable how immature this seller is...

These guys are super solid. I bought a Lexus RX300 at a very fair price from Rausch at the beginning of 2014 and it was my first time buying a vehicle through a dealer. Jud Maddox is my man there, but the whole team made me feel comfortable and informed. Rausch also secured me financing through Partner Colorado Credit Union and I have been pleased with that financing option so far. There was one small cosmetic problem with the vehicle when I bought it As-Is with the warranty - a cracked back brake light cover - no super big deal until last week, the cold weather snap cracked it further and it broke apart. I called Jud and even though that feature was not covered under my warranty, he ordered the part and took care of it at no charge to me - now thats top quality service. They are also very responsive by the way - you can text them for sales or service, etc. Also, I have been through there a couple of times through the sales and recent service process and I havent seen any customers raising hell or even upset about anything - pretty much all smiles from customers and staff - a rarity in a busy professional automotive business. I did a ton of research before buying my Lexus and if you are thinking about replacing your ride - check out Rauschs inventory first. If you find a comparable ride at another dealer, cruise through Rausch before heading to another lot - they know whats up and from what I have been able to tell, they pride themselves on retaining customers through loyalty, hard work, and being fair.

I went to Rausch Motors to look at a Ford Ranger they had posted on their website. When I had gotten there I was greeted by Mark Bruner. Mark was able to bring the Ranger for me to look at and test drive. He was very polite and knew what I was looking for in a truck. He gave me very accurate information about the Rangers history and had kept in touch with me on pricing deals. After looking at the truck on the first day I was able to come back another day and look at it again. I had told him about a chipped paint spot and a dent in the bumper. Still not sure if I wanted the Ranger, I came one more time to look at it. Mark had told me that some improvments were done on the truck. The chip of paint was repaired and the bumper had been fixed. With these repairs I decided I was ready to purchase. I was never pressured to make a deal on the spot. As you can see, I was given all the time I needed to decide. Mark was fully honest and gave a solid rate for a price. In the end I went home with my new Ranger. I am very happy with the vehicle that Raush Motors offered and I recommend them to anyone that is interested in a good vehicle at a fair price. Their staff is friendly and willing to help in anyway possible. Go see them in Parker or visit their website.
