UPDATE as of 8/11/2017: After speaking to Adam from the Sterling location, for over 6 weeks we FINALLY got the turbo handled. Adam was great to communicate with, although Tyler made his job really hard requiring him to work with his hands tied behind his back not allowing him to make any business decisions without his consent. My suggestion to Tyler, if you dont trust the people that you leave in charge of your business, maybe you should make it a point to actually be in the office so you can run it and take care of your customers yourself. If I were to ever buy from here again, I would only go to Adam! I would rate at a ZERO star, but thats not allowed. My husband bought a truck from here a few months ago, his DREAM truck and it has been nothing but problems since he drove it off the lot. This place is a JOKE! We would drive by this place often and hed stare at the lot just drooling over their trucks. He has had to take it back to them at least 3 times, that I can remember, for them to even get it to pass emissions. Now, the check engine light still comes on and we recently had to pay out of pocket, to replace the DPF, which they said they replaced during one of the many visits to their shop. Our mechanic, who weve been going to for YEARS said there was no way they put in a new DPF by the condition it was in (it had supposedly just been replaced about 2-3 weeks ago). They said they would cover the cost of the repairs once we sent them the service bill. STILL no check. The last we are being told is "the check is in the mail" and no more communication. They mailed the check, supposedly, on Monday, July 3rd. Even with the Holiday it would be here. Now they wont even communicate with my husband to settle this. Looks like this will go farther up the chain. This place is a rip off. Id never recommend for anyone to buy a vehicle here. They dont care about the quality of the vehicle they are selling or the person they are selling to.

This happened at the beginning of the year. I finally found the car Ive e been looking for. I called and asked them before I drove there from out of state if the car has any modifications before I drove across state to purchase it and was told it didnt have any. When I got there to see it, it had an aftermarket exhaust and air intake. Take note that I had to pay them $500 just to hold the car for me and was lied to. When I got there and test drove the car, it was ok and really nice. And I figured those mods arent too bad. When I drove home back to Kansas I notice the car charger doesnt work. Then soon after that the shift knob fell apart. Then a day later I notice its missing a front wheel mud guard plus who knows how many screws underneath the car. Tried calling back to the guy who sold it to me and no response. Im not the type of guy to give anyone a bad rap and I just waited to see if I could overlook these small problems and pay more money to either fix or replace what was needed but still to this day I notice little by little that this car was at least once pull apart for some odd reasons. Thats why Ive decide to give them the review they deserve, to let future buyers aware of what could be expected.

Worked with Darrell as my primary sales person. John assisted on some follow-up. Overall experience was excellent! I am a man of my word. I do what I say I am going to. It is important to me that my experience with a company and more importantly the people I directly deal with is at the highest level of integrity. My experience with Sterling Auto Sales in Franktown was excellent. Darrell represented his vehicle very accurately over the phone. There were no surprises. The vehicle trade went smooth as the values for both vehicles were very fair. The follow up items that were due from Sterling were delivered as promised. Every part of the transaction was done openly and honestly. These people are good people. I have found a trusted dealer that I feel comfortable doing business with in the future. I will be recommending to my friends that they consider doing business with Sterling Auto Sales.

John was cool enough. Gave me a good deal on my car and was true to his word on repairs for the car I was getting. I thought everything was going good until I found out they didnt send out the payoff for my old car for 2 weeks. When I called they said the sent it out, they didnt, not for another week. Then I called a week later. Same story. Eventually got a hold of someone with answers. But never got a sorry or anything of the sort. Super super inconvenient to not have $ in my account because of one companys laziness! They have a good selection of cars and are willing to help out. But if you dont use their financing then they will just play games with your money. Wouldnt recommended them unless you have cash. True story goes as normal. Never trust a car dealership. I wont bring my business back to them nor will I recommended them to a friend or family member.

TYPICAL CAR SALESMAN!!! Over Priced LEMONS!!!! They sell trucks that the dealers cant sell form the action. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these crooks. Lying, cheating, and stealing from honest people. They sold me truck with a bad transmission for over $20,000, it started acting up on the way home. They stated on record with the BBB they would fix the problem and never did. I ve called many times, every time I do, they lie and say the manager is gone or just plain hang up....They will try and tell you that "We do good business" yada, yada, yada...But actions speak louder than words. When I was buying the truck I saw another guy bringing his $30,000 diesel truck bad that was giving him problems. Clearly, Im not the only one.

My experience with Sterling Auto Sales was fantastic, good old fashioned one on one service!! Its rare to see that in todays business world. Our Sales Representative was Ray Cook, professional, kind and willing to spend the time to understand our needs. Needless to say the vehicle my daughter purchased is amazing, as she needed a four wheel drive SUV for the mountain country where she will be attending college. Straight away from the first telephone conversation with Ray to the final purchase of the vehicle, outstanding service. The entire staff was amazing, I felt at home. Thank you Ray, and Sterling Auto Sales Staff!

Beware if you buy from them. I had to put about 900.00 worth of work into my truck. THEY HAVE NO INSPECTION!! So they will buy me new rotors and u joints BUT WILL NOT PAY FOR LABOR!! THEY ARE THE WORST AND I VOW TO MAKE SURE EVERYONE IS AWARE OF THE SNAKES THAT THEY ARE!! Last week had to have a Tie Rod end and a axle. So far I am out of pocket $2200.00. NO VEHICLE INSPECTION!!! DONT BE FOOL GO TO A REAL DEALER SHIP!!
