Id just had a terrible experience with another dealer, Centennial Jeep, who proved themselves to be as dishonest as their reviews painted them. I wasnt sure if I could expect anything good with MedVed, but I decided to reach out to them. I emailed on a Sunday to inquire about a vehicle listed on the website, and even though the dealership was closed, Ray Robertson, the internet sales manager, responded quickly to let me know it was available. We talked a little bit about price, and he said he would get back to me right away on Monday morning to let me know what he could do. The next morning, Ray contacted me right away to assure me that the Jeep I inquired about was available, and that he could work out a great deal on it. I told him I was going to drive down that morning, and even though he had another appointment, he would make sure someone provided me great service. When I got there, Ray met with me briefly, and connected me with another salesperson, Melissa. She assisted me during the process, though Ray stopped by regularly to make sure everything was going well. They made a very competitive offer on my trade, as well as a deal I felt great about on the vehicle I wanted. Even though I had my own financing, even the finance manager was friendly and professional, something Ive had difficulty with in the past when not interested in dealer financing or coverages, add-ons, etc. Once all the paperwork was wrapped up, I went and had lunch while they did a final detail on my new vehicle and gassed it up. When I got back, Ray walked through all the features of the vehicle with me, and made sure I was comfortable with all the bells and whistles. Before I left, he thanked me for my business, and once again made sure everything had exceeded my expectations. During the whole process, everyone was professional, considerate, and upfront. I didnt feet as though I was being led along, or dealing with someone playing a numbers game or trying to take advantage of me. Ive purchased my fair share of cares, and never have I dealt with a dealership that expressed such a genuine focus on great service start to finish, and even after the deal is done. If you are looking to purchase a new vehicle, and tired of sleazy dishonest salespeople, go to MedVed, or call and speak to Ray Robinson. It definitely worked out for me.

What a horrible dealership! I got in touch with them about a jeep. Someone said Id be contacted and I had to follow up to get that. First Ray sends me a response and then they drop off the map for over a week. Then Ronnie emails me to explain that he was on vacation and it wasnt put in the right name so no one saw my response. I tried to be forgiving on that end. Next, Ronnie is sending me a nasty email accusing me of calling him a liar because I had the *gall* to try to haggle price on a vehicle... I guess theyve never dealt with that before... I wasnt trying to be unreasonable - just letting them know Id received a lower offer from a different dealer and that theres a difference between actual cost, invoice price, and msrp. Car dealerships love having their advertised invoice prices (thats why invoice prices have steadily been getting closer to msrp - too much info on the web so they need to hide profits). Guess Ronnie took it personally and decided to act incredibly immature about it... I will never go to this dealership. Why youd ever think its appropriate to be rude and nasty with customers is beyond me. Guess what? I want a jeep, I definitely do not need one. You need to sell jeeps - thats what keeps you in business. Guess they thought I needed a jeep more than they needed to sell them...

Very Poor Experience. I have now taken my truck to this particular dealership 3 times now for the same issue. There is a ticking noise from under my hood. After the first visit when they replaced the exhaust manifold gaskets and drilled out the holes because they could not remove the bolts at 54 thousand miles, my truck still had a ticking noise from under the hood. I took it back a while later for them to look at the issue again and in less than a day called me back and said they could not hear it. Very disappointed, I picked the truck up thinking that maybe it had stopped. As soon as I started the truck to drive it home, the tick was still there. I waited a while so that the tick could get worse so that I could get it fixed and then brought the truck back this last time. This time again they could not diagnose the noise even though they charged me $135 for one hour of diagnostics. After "Diagnosing" researching the problem I found that this is common on the dodge Hemi trucks. In my 15 years as a professional mechanic by trade, I have never come across a ticking engine to be normal. Once again disappointed and with less money, I picked my truck up only to find that one of my tires was low and the TPMS light is illuminated on the dash. Customer service is not a priority what so ever at this dealership.

As far as sales go, Ray was great and the sales process was probably one of the better experiences (4-5 stars) of my last 4 trucks that I have purchased. Unfortunately, I would have to advise anyone buying a RAM to avoid this dealership as their service department is not able to keep up with the demand. For the fourth time my truck has issued the DEF error and a notification that the truck will only do 5mph after another 150 miles. Stopped by to see if they would clear the codes, which they have done once in the past, and they seemed annoyed, but did it anyways. Still didnt clear the active error that it will only do 5mph in another 150 miles. Now here is my problem with them, the earliest they will schedule the truck in to get this corrected is in another 6 days. I dont know about anyone else, but when I spend 50k plus on a new truck and then the dealership where I purchased from needs me to wait 6 days to address something that is going to render my truck useless in about a day of typical milage, I say that is just poor customer service. I called Arapahoe Dodge and they understood the urgency and schedule it to get fixed within the next day...and I didnt even buy the truck from them.

My family and I went to Medved based on a specific lease deal advertised. After a few emails and phone calls we went and talked to David and Ray. Both were very nice salesman who answered all of our questions. Ray took over the sale but unfortunately the lease deal advertised was a misprint and they were not able to honor the printed deal. We left the dealership upset and disappointed. I received a call from Jim Knight/Sales Manager a few days later (due to being closed on Sunday). He was very apologetic and did his best to rectify the issue and get us into the truck we wanted at the price point we wanted. Jim made quite a few concessions in order to earn and keep our business as we were repeat customers. Everything he said he would do, he did and even went beyond my expectations. We came in that night where Jim and Ray made sure we were taken of. Bill Maffeo/General Manager even came over and talked to me about the issues we had. It was a rocky start but turned out to be a very pleasurable experience overall. Thank you Medved for making things right…we’ll be back.
