Wow where do I start. These people are so ridiculous, the word TERRIBLE dosent do them justice! I called them multiple times about a 2010 Camry they put online. I specifically asked them on multiple different occasions, does the car have any problems or body damage? They always told me no over the phone. Every time I would ask a question about the car, they always had a famous line, "we cant tell you that over the phone". I could have asked for the car color and thats what they would tell me. I drove 5 long hours from Maryland to NY just for this car because they told me absolutely nothing was wrong with the car. After spending over $300 to get there, the man doesnt even give me an opportunity to check the car out. He rushes me inside literally forcing me to do the paper work. (Mind me that I havent even checked the car out yet) when I had enough, I stepped outside to look at the car. The car had tons of big major scratches, dents, and rust all over! It was utterly unbelievable! The dealer put on there website that the car was for $5,999 and every time I would call, thats the price they would tell me as well. While completing the paper work they tell me the car is around $11,000. They had to be out of there minds. I tried to leave and tell them Im no longer interested but they just kept trying to sell me the car and other junk cars they had on their lot. Every single car they have is over priced and will total at least twice as much as what the listed price is. 95% of their cars have body damage but they will lie to you over the phone. This is one of the top worst experiences I have ever gone through in my entire life. I dont know how this place is still in business. Dont believe anything they tell you over the phone, because they will slam lie to you and wont care how far your traveling from. I dont recommend this thieving dealer to anybody.

This place is a scam shop, steer clear, folks. I called Thursday night, and talked to a salesman named "William" I was inquiring about a Ford Expedition on their lot. I told him that I wanted to pay all cash, I didnt want to finance. He said that wouldnt be a problem, so today, Friday, I took the 3 1/2 hour drive from Pennsylvania to New York. First off, there was no parking, granted, it snowed heavily, but there wasnt a customer lot or parking spaces, had to park on the street, fine. I proceeded to the lot where I almost fell numberous times because they failed to shovel a good bit of their lot. I went inside and asked for William, they brushed that off and gave me a Tyrell who was too glued to his phone to help me, eventually got the keys to check out the car. Everything checked out, except, there was more damage on the car than I had anticipated, but whatever, considering "William" said the price was negotiable since it had been on the lot for over 3 month. I went back in and asked for a test drive, Tyrell said all of the temporary tags were out and wed have to wait 10 minutes, 25 minutes goes by and I stand up, about ready to dart out the door, another guy slid in and asked how I planned on paying for it, I said cash and then I showed the internet price. I want to say he was a touch of middle-eastern, began laughing and said, "Oh, that internet price is if you finance through us, we dont take cash, I told him about William and was brushed off again. I finally test drive the car around the block WITHOUT a dealer plate. When I came back, I was asked if I wanted to finance the car, I said, "No, cash, you know the green stuff?" I was sent to the finance area where he quoted me $10,600.00 for a ALL cash payment, when its marked at $5999.99 online price. I told him he was hungry and we made a dash for the car, and drove far away from there.

Went there to look at a car. The car that was advertised was not the one available. It was 1 model year older. The extra features listed on the site was not available in the car. When inquired, they said they had 2 of those cars and during listing process the information of one got mixed with the other. When asked about the other car, they said it was sold months ago. I guess they really dont care about keeping up to date info. Didnt see them change out the info even a week after the visit. Before visiting, called ahead to see if the car was available for a test drive. Was told yes but when I got there it was not available for a test drive. Waste of time. Listed prices is not what they would sell the car for. They added on over 5k before getting to taxes and fees, regardless of financing or cash buy. When asked about lowering the prices since the description didnt match the car, they said nothing can be done about that. Its a total bait and switch place. All the employees act as if they are working in a super market. Not at all professional or a cohesive team. They really dont care much about customers satisfaction. While I was waiting, I listening to all the made up reasons they feed their customers. I saw the reviews before going in and expected different, hoping they had changed based on what other reviews said. But no, it was just like what others had described.

THE REVIEWS THAT GOOD ARE FALSE (READ ME BEFORE GOING) THIS CAN SAVE YOU TIME AND TRIP Went in to go look at a Audi A4 2010 72,000 miles for $9,500 extremely attractive price very tempting call on the phone before going specifically made it clear and asked what are the "doucmentaition fees financing fees and hidden fees to prevent wasting time (1 hour drive) guy confirms and says the price you see is what you pay plus 8% sales tax and registration on arrival look at the car car is very dirty needed to be detailed and clean interior had grease stains all over it etc glass was broken and can be seen inside engine bay windshield glass was replace unprofessionally and wasnt reported in any car history none the less we sit down to talk prices before taking a test drive Im paying cash salesmen goes okay we have to give you the finance price and you have to pay it in full to finance the car or pay cash in full was 65% x internet price which made the car come around $17,000 and way over kelly blue book value explain it to the guy he basically said screw off if i find a car any where for that cheap i might as well go buy it there so we did and proceeded on HOPE THIS SAVES TIME FOR SOMEONE IF YOU SEE A CAR YOU TRULY WANT AND THEY HAVE IT LOOK ELSE WHERE OR CALL AND ASK WHATS THE FINANCE PRICE FIRST

I had recently just bought a 07 acura tl type s from them,looks beautiful from the inside ,there a lot of things very wrong with that car 1.they never detailed my car inside and out 2.the car keys I had to buy a battery for it 3.the brakes in the back 2 tires are verrrrryyyy rusty ,4. They told me to lie on a interview which I never had the car in my position cause if I did I would have told the bank what they gave me ,5.windshield fluid tank you can move it around in the car broken 6.I had to purchase new motor oil ,transmission fluid ,and high milage oil cause these fools dont do nothing,7.they never even put the plate in the front for me 8.tailight in the back is cracked 9.the light on the side is messes up ,pops out if you touch it,10.steering wheel is very hard to steer in reverse,11.THE FREAKING CAR TURNS OFF ON ME WHILE DRIVING ON THE HIGH WAY 12.so Im leaving with the car and the tank is empty they give me 10 dollars of gas meanwhile this tank takes 40 dollars to fill up 13.antifreeze cap is missing what happens if antifreeze goes on the engine 14.fog light doesnt work 15.THIS CLEARLY SHOWS YOU THESE MORONS DONT CARE ABOUT THERE CARS AT ALL ,I WOULD GIVE THEM A RATING -5 IF I HAD TO,THIS IS ONLY DAY 4 AND SO MANY PROBLEMS,16.ENGINE LIGHT IS ON!!!!
