If you are looking for people who really CARE about your car buying experience, you must work with the people of Mazda Valley Stream. Our first interactions were with Josh. He was enthusiastic, helpful, and had such a great "can-do" attitude. He gave us some pretty persuasive numbers and even sent a video he created himself of the car we were looking at! When we arrived at Mazda, Joshs personality really shown through. What a great guy! He set us up with Tim, an affable and funny salesman, who took us out on a test drive, kept us laughing while we worked on the numbers (a process that COULD be nerve-wracking!), and even invited us out to lunch when he learned my father was a veteran! We also worked with Kevin, one of the managers, who really helped get us down to the right numbers. As a teacher on a budget, I was so incredibly appreciative of Kevins support and customer service. He really wanted to work with us and make sure we were happy and it was evident in his interactions with us, as well as his involvement in the follow-up situation. There was an issue with transferring my license plates and on one of the busiest days of the holiday weekend, Kevin and Tommy (one of the finance specialists), took time to inform us of what was going on and promised to do all they could to help us through the situation. They pulled a lot of favors and were able to straighten out the situation for us. I am so grateful to all the employees at Mazda Valley Stream. The concern they have for their customers, the fact that they truly want their customers to be happy and comfortable with all aspects of the car buying process, and the enthusiasm they have for their work make it an honor to write this review.

First off let me say purchasing a vehicle from Valley Stream Mazda was the nicest, simplest, fulfilling car experience in my adult life. From the first moment I spoke to Manager Kevin on the phone thru the sale with Henry I was extremely satisfied and overly happy. They both made my life easy and treated me with the upmost respect which is most important in this business. Usually when I go to buy a car, feeling overwhelmed and irritated is just the norm. Not at Valley Stream Mazda. Kevin the Manager and sales Manager/salesperson Henry showed sincere salesmanship and dedication to making sure I left happy. Not only did I leave more than satisfied I left feeling like I won which is the best feeling you can have when spending money. At the end when of course dreading the paper work, Tommy made my life easy breezy with a process that took 25 mins tops. The car was detailed and presented perfectly with no excuses and long waits. Ive purchased new cars from Jaguar, Lexus and Mercedes and none could compare to the impeccable customer service from this Mazda, no bull$hit! From the young lady smiling at the front desk to mechanic that prepped my car to the gentleman who kept the place clean, respect and customer service was amazing. 5 out of 5 stars period. They deserve an award from Mazda as well as any other auto dealership recognition. Best regards, Anthony D.

After a very LONG week of multiple dealerships, and multiple let downs, I had finally found home! Mazda of Valley Stream was the best car dealership experience I had by far! I ended up extremely happy with a fully loaded CX-5. And let me tell you, it is one sexy car! Mo was the gentleman that really sold me on the car, and he was one of the incredible person that assisted in getting me in a beautiful new car. Mike the sales manager was so nice and very welcoming, NOT SCARY. Melissa was just great, and always there to offer the female perspective, which was helpful to me. Tommy the financial guy, is so sweet, a straight shooter, and my favorite thing of all NO SURPRISES! They educated me on the car. I previously had a Mazda 3 but desperately needed an upgrade especially with the snow coming here in not too long. They were able to tell me exactly how this car would ease all of my virgin snow driving worries. not to mention the new technology that has changed since my 2013, and once again(because it just is) showed me just a sexy car! Start to finish it was an amazing experience. I would only allow my unborn children to buy/lease from this dealership.Period. YOU JUST GO ALREADY!

I purchased a Mazda3 Hatchback with my wife from Mazda of Valley Stream, after months of research and comparing many cars. My experience was great. I worked closely with Kevin, who was very friendly, honest and understanding of my budget. He let me know he wasnt going to go back and forth, and was willing to match an offer I was given by a dealership in NJ, which I did not want to go back to since I live in Queens. I really appreciated the no nonsense, painless process. It was a breath of fresh air for sure. From the first phone call to the signing later that day, everything went smooth, every cost was broken down to me and he answered all my questions patiently. I went back the next day to pick up the car, where I met their financial manager Tom, who helped break down further questions I had and explained the warranty details to me. Before I drove off, Mo explained every feature of the car and gave me his contact in case I had any questions, which is great since I havent owned a Mazda before or any car in the last 5 years. Anyway, all I have to say is I am so glad I found this place, and my timing was perfect since they recently opened. Thanks again!

When i had first gone into their office, I put a $250 deposit down for a CX5. I wanted to hold the car and also take some time to think about my options. After some debate, i was unable to lease the vehicle. I had called Mazda of Valley Stream five times to request a refund for the money i put down. I was instructed to leave a message and someone would get back to me the initial 3 times. On the fourth time, the sales manager Kevin said that he had refunded the 250$ deposit and it was taken care of. I was suspicious because he had never taken my credit card info down. eventually, the 5th time, I was frustrated and showed up at the dealership. That is when I was told they had no record of the refund or my request of it. i had called multiple times, without hesitation, after I realized I was not going to go with a Mazda cx5, so they could sell the vehicle. It is now 3 weeks later and i have yet to receive the "100% guaranteed refund". i am in constant contact with my bank and it seems like theres no one who can verify that this refund will go through. Keep your receipt but be prepared to harass them for your "100% guaranteed refund".

I made contact with a sales representative by the name of Josh who invited me to come in and have my trade appraised so that I can get a good offer, got to the dealership with my wife. Was greeted by a Customer who have an issue with the dealership and Josh he told us not to do any business with this Company, my wife and I ignored and proceeded anyway to meet with Josh, to our surprise Josh was not there. Another sales person who was speaking to the irate customer came over to us and apologized about the customers behaviour brought us over to his desk then told us about the irated customer problems, why do I need to know about the customers issue why are you disclosing this to me. So I texted him since he said that hell be there, Josh responded to my text by saying " Im not a sales representative I only make appointments, I leave at 5pm I already spoke to my manager what kind of customer service is that. Whomever this Josh is and whomever the Manager is needs to get your act rite. You run a business. Im not going to say stay away from this dealership but be mindful with working with Josh.
