IF YOUVE GOT A BAD CREDIT SCORE DO NOT EVEN COME IN.The manager/ Ralph is a snake and a thief and doesnt care about anything even disrepected me and my friends. I was planning on buying an acura mdx for 12 grand that they had on the lot. He was giving it to me for 10 grand because i knew it was only worth 9 grand. He had told me and assure me even checked with few banks that with interest and everything it was going to be 12 grand. Nope, after he lied to mw several times for two weeks i then found it i was going to pay 19 grand in the course of four years. I made a 1 grand deposit to hold the car the first time i came in because he said i will get my full refund if anything happens. Nope(didnt warn me about a $40 transaction charge either.). He refunded me 800 so he stole $ 200 plus made me make three trips from philadelphia to queen(spent almost $400 in trips) by lying and lying and had the nerves to tell me "No hard feelings right?" with a smile as i was walking out furious. The guy is a snake, do not recomend financing here at all, really poor service, very disrespectfull manager.

Honestly the staff here was amazing. From the moment i walked in i was warmly welcomed and was helped right away. I did not have much financial knowledge about buying cars and they sat with me and explained everything to me step by step! I even got some pretty good advice out of it . The women that helped me Nikki was so easy going and didnt get frustrated with all my questions. The manager Ralph also helped me out in putting me into a great vehicle for a great price because he knew i was a first time buyer. If you have little to no credit and need to buy a car go to Excellence Auto Trade , its like you get your own personal team of helpers! Its great! Thanks guys!!

Almost 2 Months and No plates or registration... Tim was Great, Wayne was good. Love my X5, but I Cant Drive It... Ralph is not Consumer Friendly!!!!!!!!!! Almost 3 months Now Ralph is a Scam Artist, trying to extort me. I am going to Dmv to report this Crook. Still No Registration or Plates both expired 9/20/2016.... This Guy Ralph Is A Joke And Will Continue to Play With Your Money!!!!

The most unprofessional owner of any business that I have ever been to. He has kept me waiting for weeks on my car title. Ive dealt with many dealerships in the past but nothing like this. It is just horrifying how these people do business. I advise everyone to stay as far away from this place as humanly possible.
