I took a 300 mile road trip to their dealership to look at a infiniti g37 coupe. I spoke with them on the phone and asked them multiple times if the car had any problem and they repeatedly told me the car is flawless. When i got there both bumpers were cracked, the tires were bald, a tail light was cracked and somehow even the dash was split down the middle. When i confronted them about all the problems their justification was and i quote "of course we are not going to tell you about the problems, thats what the pictures are for". DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Its a waste of time i looked at the rest of there cars and there wasnt a single car that didnt require serous need of repair. Like the rest of the people have said the cars pictures on line look NOTHING like the car in real life. Stay away, you will avoid your entire day being ruined by these snakes.

Found a nice G37X coupe they had for sale for 10,995 dollars online. Wanted to pay cash for the car and came to find out the actual price would be 12,800 if I paid cash. I was very upset and confused and felt deceived. Beware that they falsely advertise their car prices online and it is not the actual price you pay. If they wouldve advertised correctly or wouldve been a little more accommodating I wouldve been more than happy to buy the car on the spot for even a little bit more money than the price online. An increase in almost 2,000 dollars not including taxes and fees if you pay cash is extremely upsetting and deceiving. Very unhappy with how the price you see isnt the price you pay

Visited Merrick Used Cars two weeks ago after talking on the phone with the salesman Mike. Chose a vehicle and was told by Mike he would call me back the same day (Saturday). Three days past and no phone call. I called on Tuesday and he told me he was very busy and would call back today (Tuesday) or tomorrow (Wednesday) at the latest. Days pass again so I call back Saturday. This time Mike says over the phone, "Im busy Ill call you back when I can," than hangs up the phone. Terrible customer service. If you dont want my business simply say so. Dont waste a customers time.

Nasty, The cars are nothing like the pics they post. I saw a really nice looking car online (lexus 350)and when I went there in person , It was nasty. On top of that they should be reported for false advertising. I see a price on line and then when I get there I find its $2,000 more if I pay in cash. I would have to Finance with them to get the internet price. The cars are not clean and nothing like the pics online. I would not buy a car from them. I would not even give them a star if I could. waste of my time.

I am truly impressed with the level of service I received with Mike and Co. At Merrick USED Cars. They are fairly priced, knowledgeable, have a great selection to choose from and above all else they are honest. I recently purchased a 2010 328i and I am truly in love with the car. They were able to work with my budget and credit to help me get what I really wanted. I Would recommend them to anyone and would definitely purchase from them again in the future.

Very good dealership. I got approved and just a short time after they started working on the car. Started to service it and got it back to me ASAP. They service was great the guys worked with me to get me the best of my money. Mike was very helpful throughout the process. He explained everything and treats you like a family member rather than a customer. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to buy a range of cars

Mike took care of me and actually went his way to find a Lexus I told him I am in the market of buying. Right down to the color and specs he found the car I wanted and everything was smooth , took me only a day to get everything ready and I was off. If your really serious in getting a car in good condition used this is the place. Thanks mike and team

Really wanted to get a car there but the guy wanted to charge me 3700 more then the car was advertised.. talking about a 1000.dealer feeds and 2000 tags and registration and 700 to fix a repo title.. the people showing the car were really nice.. but the actual sales man had no interest what so ever to sell the car.... wasted my time..

Worst dealers ever, I waited good 15 mins to meet a sales agent, the office is a small closed that smells like drugs, the cars price was $5000 online and when I went to see the car he said the price is actually $10000 Worst car dealers wasted my time going there not worth the trip would recommend finding a better dealership

I was honestly surprised at the customer service recieved from the staff of this establishment. From start to finish they were helpful with any questions I had regarding the car (2009 Acura TSX) I was interested in. They without a doubt do what they can when it comes down to pricing. Definitely recommend.

I purchase a car from here and it broke down in less the 3 mos. Mike didnt try to help me at all. I will be contacting the bob in the morning. I would never recommend anyone to come here. They robbed me and they will do the same to you.Lesson learned, better off going to a real dealership. Beware

I would give this place a 0 star if I can. They are scammers and the cars they sell is no good. They make false promises to fix the car but didnt and just basically rip you off. Stay away from this place.
