Horrible customer service. My car sat there for 4 hours without being touched. When I asked how much longer she said that it will be another hour or two before they can bring it in. I asked her why because I had an 8:30 appointment and it was now 12 and she said that they take cars that need "faster" service in first. So although i brought my car in at 8:30 she told me that they people walking in behind me will get there car done first. I asked her why I wasnt told this when I dropped it off and she couldnt give me an answer. That is absolutely ridiculous. So my car has been sitting there for hours and ontop of that shes telling me that it will be another hour or two before they start. Not because they were extremely busy but because my car needed more than an oil change. None of this information was conveyed when I dropped my car off in the morning. As I was angrily walking out is when she changes her mind and says ohh the guy can take it now. No thanks, I dont want to have my car service at a place that only pays attention to me when I get upset. Will never return.

These guys have been around for a long time, and still family owned. My family has bought a few cars there, and the owner is always around watching over things. I personally had a really bad experience at another Nissan dealership in Huntington that will go unnamed, but the rest of my cars will be from Gregoris.

Horrible service department. For the second time waited over 40 minutes just to drop car. Appointments not respected nor are customers. Told a 45 minute service would be 4 hours. Why make appoitment. Never Never again.

Worst experience. Staff has no customer service skills whatsoever. My car was there for over 3 hours...for a simple oil change. They are very rude and sarcastic when speaking to you.

Been there twice and they have always been very courteous and professional. Theyve fixed my a/c and given me my 66,000 tune up without any issues. ***Quality service/parts***
