BE CAREFUL! THIS MAY HAPPEN TO YOU! I was trying to purchase a used vehicle, the salesman asked to make an offer, well I did. The car was advertised for $12k on their website and I offered $11k. With no hesitation the salesman gets the paperwork ready and calls the insurance company so I have another reason to say yes! Step 2, lets go and talk to the "finance guy" Joe is his name, I wait around 15 minutes in his office and here we go! I thought I was going home with a nice gift for my wife! the minivan she wanted. However, while Joe is looking at the computer monitor, he gives me a breakdown of what I almost got myself into. He says, "ok, we have the price of the vehicle, a 2 year warranty, DMV fees....and then I say, excuse me did you say 2 year warranty? Joe says: yes, thats our warranty, any problems with the car, you just bring it back and well take care of it. I still had a doubt in my mind, so I asked again: is there a fee for that warranty or thats your regular warranty? He says yes, its only $2,500....remember that you are buying a vehicle that has no manufacturers warranty. THAT WAS MY PROBLEM!!! that I was never given the option to purchase the warranty if thats something that I actually needed/wanted! After that he told me in a very clear way that HE COULD NOT SELL ME THAT CAR FOR THAT PRICE, IF I WAS NOT GETTING THE WARRANTY WITH IT! What kind of business practice is this? How are they allowed to do thos kind of bullying on CUSTOMERS? PETE ZACHARIA, I CHALLENGE YOU TO ANSWER THOSE QUESTIONS!

We purchased a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited from them. They seem honest and are not pushy. Very easy to work with. Ill tell you one thing, they will get you financing when no one else will. Have had a few problems with the car, but the problems were things that this model car are known for (electrical problems, etc) and the dealership was always quick to fix it (at no charge since we were under warranty). We have been dealing with them for 1 month and so far so good.

DO NOT buy from this dealer. They are crooks and will give you the run around. They will add other services to your contract and confuse you with it. They will also rush you on signing so you dont get the chance to question the other charges. They will accept your offers and then add charges without telling you. Beware! Go some place else.

Brought in my Jeep for service as the cooling system not working. They diagnosed all components, determined only low on coolant and just charged me for coolant and one hour for diag testing. Then they also performed unknown recalls on the car. Very nice staff to deal with especially Patrick the service manager/analyst.
