First time ever stepping foot in this pawn shop, and I must say I was amazed. The store itself was kinda small, but the selection was huge. Went to sell an item, they gave me what I believed to be a very fair amount, and the transaction was smooth, easy & FAST! It was a Saturday I visited, there was LOTS of customers in the store, yet they handled my transaction very fast, and had many associates there to help everyone. I am extremely satisfied and will definetly return. Great job Value Pawn, you have made a customer for life.

Called to ask for hours and a women responded "we are closed"... I asked for the time they close so I could come back the next day she responded "we are closed now" I asked one more time clarified myself (maybe she didnt understand my question) she responded "we closed an hour and a half ago then hung up." Very rude women needless to say I will never being doing any business at this location.

The employees at this location should be replaced.I stood there staring at them for at least 20 minutes without being helped for a purchase.4 employees behind the counter and one walking around....all wasting time.The absolute worst value pawn Ive ever visited.

Its a pawn shop, so Im not sure what other people are expecting. The staff knows what theyre doing, dont low ball, and any items Ive brought in in a pinch have been returned in good condition. Professional and efficient.

I dont know why the reviews are so bad. Had someone come up and ask if I needed anything, and they helped quickly when asked for assistance. Prices are reasonable for almost all things that I saw.

they are the worst place to pawn your stuff at they will give the lowest offer they can and sell your stuff for 10 times what they gave you for it do not go here for anything
