They can have 4 people behind the counter and still have you wait with no line. Some of the employees are a little too quick to jumping to an attitude which makes you feel uncomfortable with the job they are doing. A lot will have a conversation with each other before talking to you. They are inconsistent with loan items the accept because of limited space more and more. You will still have to go here though because there is no were else to go.

Long lines rude staff all just part of why I dislike going there. With very limited space to go places I am forced to go here. I call ahead to see on parts and/or items only to be short talked to like I am nothing yet they greet me with a smile as if I am non reg person who dose not know what they need or talk about. I hate it there and never wish to spend my hard earned money again in such a bad place.

If you buy something there and it doesnt work or you know more about an item than they do it doesnt make any difference if you want to return it they give you a hard time or give a dirty look or a bad comment when they take it back. Whatever happened to the customer is always right and sometimes we have an Electronics education and that doesnt justify selling stuff that doesnt work

I stop in every week or so to see if they have any new games in. Prices are always fair or better. The people behind the counter are always nice and have even lowered prices on a game for me if they thought it was too high. Great store, recommend them 100%.

Good prices, decent selection, in a nice, open, well lit, pleasant location. Staff can be great, or not so great, depends on the person. Ive never had any problems here, and enjoy stopping in to see what they have this week.
