I order flowers for my mother who lives in NJ while I reside in California. They always call me if they dont have exactly what I ordered and I know that the arrangements are always beautiful. I have even just called and asked them to use their discretion to create an arrangement for a special occasion. They keep me posted via email every step of the way. For ordering long distance, I would trust no one else.
