More than disappointing. Having been referred to Stepan by one of my co-workers my wife and I went to Flowers by Lynn on the passing of my mother-in law. We told him our budget was in the $400 to $500 range but Stepan insisted that was way too much and he could do a beautiful job for much less. We should have known better after entering his shop which was decorated with some very old fake flowers, dirty and unkempt as was Stepan. What he delivered was an embarrassment to my wife and myself. In addition the flowers were delivered late by an older gentleman, and I do not want to sound demeaning but this older gentleman looked like he just rolled out of a dumpster! Of course had they been delivered on time that would not have made any difference but right in the middle of the wake I found it to just added to the overall poor quality of the product provided. BEWARE of BARGAINS from this FLORIST!! Thankfully a florist in WNY was able to deliver a beautiful remembrance to my sweet mother-in-law. We tried to pay more in the first place and should have been wary when, without any request on our part, we were offered large discount. FLOWERS BY LYNN NEVER AGAIN!!

I am employed at a business who gets flowers and I was shopping around for flowers for my father-in-laws funeral. We did not want to spend much plus they have a good website to choose from. We found 1 photo from the standing flowers display online and was told it needed a bit more which Stephan did and for the same price for the Medium size. He asked about colors and did a phenomenal job even going above and beyond by delivering to Rutherford which is slightly outside of their delivery zone for free. I would recommend in a heartbeat especially since we could have paid over $650 and paid only $350.

I wanted to send my cousin a beautiful flower gift for her birthday and chose Flowers by Lynn because they are local to where my cousin lives. (I live in a different state.) The owner was so gracious to me when I called and told me that she would be first on their delivery list. When the delivery person was not able to gain entry because no one answered her door, they called my cousin and let me know also. They then delivered the flowers promptly to her and emailed me that she received the flowers. Perfect service! Thank you so much for making my cousin happy.

I have been a patron several times and have had only positive experiences. The arrangements are comparable to what are available in other shops but the prices are better. Moreover, the owner is a gem-- I had some old vases which he agreed to take off my hands. He said that he couldnt sell them, but that he would make good use of them. I asked how, and he told me that he will use them to give flowers to nursing home patients who dont have visitors. I will return again and again.

Best customer service and gorgeous flowers! Called an order an hour before closing (without much hope) and who I think was the owner, put together a beautiful arrangement and delivered it himself. When the recipient wasn’t home, he called me to try to come up with a solution, even offering to drop off at a different location. Impressed, grateful and highly recommend. THANK YOU!
