Order was placed online from Australia as a surprise for a special someone in Hoboken. The preview photos of the original order featured many roses and a beautiful larger than life flower arrangement. I even upgraded to the deluxe bouquet as it was gorgeous. HOWEVER. When the flowers were delivered they had a mixture of non-matching flowers, and the bouquet was a small portion of what was pictured and paid for. It was also delivered in a cardboard box rather than the glass vase that Teleflora so often pride themselves on delivering. Although the order was sent in a timely manner, the bouquet was overall very disappointing and limited what would have been a very special gesture. The lack of email support also proved to be a hurdle in contacting the store about the issue. If you are from Flowers by Diane and would like to resolve this feel free to contact or reply to this message and I will happily rectify this review upon resolution (order number 69406, placed on August 10, 2011). Although I cant vouch for their face to face service, I would definitely not recommend using these florists for online orders as it stands. Try else where and look for solid reviews. One star for timely delivery, failed on all other accounts. Pure disappointment.

Very disappointed. I hired Flowers by Diane to prepare arrangements for my reception in Hoboken. Despite providing photographs of exactly what I needed and despite going to the shop on two separate occasions to select the flowers and to deliver vases to be used for the arrangements, I received the incorrect color roses, incorrect size vases, and incorrect arrangement of flowers. The entire theme of my event was ruined. Although I had a previous good experience with this florist, she failed me on the day of my most important event. She would not provide any compensation for these errors. Proceed with caution if considering this florist.

My son and his wife were married in Las Vegas, so I had a wedding dinner to celebrate with friends and family at the Hyatt Regency in Jersey City. I told Diane what I wanted and to use her creativity....the arrangements were gorgeous! She created a winter wonderland. Even the DJ announced they were the best he has ever seen! Thank you, Diane.....I wil be back for more!

I live in Chicago -- My mom is in NJ. I worked with them over the phone during one of their busiest periods to create EXACTLY the bouquet, delivered in a vase, I wanted for Mothers Day. They went above and beyond in both patience with me and creation of the arrangement. They also got the flowers there early in the AM. Absolutely gorgeous and perfect. THANK YOU!

Im not sure what happened with the previous two reviews. I placed an order for my wife to bes bridal shower which was held at Amandas this past Saturday in Hoboken. Diane and her team put together a beautiful arrangement based on what I told her I wanted, and it was delivered on time. Everyone loved the flowers and I am very happy with the purchase. I was treated to a lengthy, cuss-filled rant about a political exchange that was had with the previous customer. I mentioned that I dont like to talk about politics. This was ignored. I told her she was making me uncomfortable. She persisted. As I left she continued yelling at my back. I didnt argue with her at all. This happened on the morning of March 8, 2017.

Just picked up a Mothers Day bouquet for my wife. Very disappointed. The tulips are all bent over, the arrangement was poorly done, and the cost was ridiculous for what I got. Ive gone there 3 or 4 times. This is the second time I have been unhappy with the result. Not going back...
