The clerk that helped me , Kristi, said my chihuahua pooped in the store. I had her on a leash, i dont beleive she did. I am very, very careful about her doings. I was there to buy poop bags, as I use 1 or two a day. Bought a a 8pk. Kristi was aloof with me as I asked her to help me with winter wear for my pet. I even asked Kristi if she was judging me because I was buying clothes for my dogs warmth, I sensed her attitude against me was chilly. It wasnt until i was paying for my items, that Kristi, told me that they pick up my dogs poop. When I said I didnt see her poop, she said my dog was the only dog thst was in the store. I said I was sorry and thank you. Still dont think my dog did it. I realize there is alot of people who would take such uncouth liberties, but if it was a mistake on my part, I would think all this could have been handled without me being treated like an uncaring idiot.

Today I went to a number of local pet stores to post two signs selling my pet equipment--I am moving out of state and cannot bring it along. Petco and Pets Choice both allowed me to post these signs. The guy I talked to at Petco was very friendly and even hung the signs for me! While my shopping experiences here have been limited, the times I was here the staff was helpful and friendly. Unlike Petsmart where they only care about the bottom line and "company policy". Vote with your dollar, folks! Shop with someone nice and community oriented like Petco!

Went to look at the cats. One poor cat had no fresh water, the bottom of the cage was covered in news papers that were soaked so the cat was unable to get out of her literally box. It was a terrible site. Look for your self. On of the other cats had very bad diarrhea, and a third cat looked sick also. These places should be inspected by third parties. So sad!!

The people here seem to be working just for their paychecks. The prices are higher here than other places, except Petsmart which, in my opinion is way over-priced! I have taken all my pet needs business to Western Ranch Supply and my vets office and a few items I purchase at the local Wal-Mart.

Took my little dog to get groomed when I got there they said my dog Rupert was not scheduled when I scheduled an appointment the other day..Talked to the groomers explained I lived 30 minutes away..They were able to see him..All in all good service was satisfied will go again

Seemingly no one pays attention to the adoptable kittens they have here. So sad there was a dead kitten in a cage of three other kittens. A staff of atleast 5 employees and no one knew. Watched as it got carried away in a trash bag. Wow.

They had a seriously overpriced, very young bird in the store with absolutely shredded, broken feathers. Listed as a "Fancy" bird. Nope...just a sad bird kept in subpar conditions.
