Very Helpful, Friendly and Knowledgeable. Just got our first pup a few months ago and the staff at this store has been amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. If you care about what your dog eats, buy your dog food here, they only carry the best pet food made from the best ingredients. Orijen, Wellness, Evo, Taste of the Wild all of which are the highest rated petfood, sold with a caring smile. Discount card for being a new customer, 10% off monthly food purchases and always great advice/toys/treats for my pet. Definitely recommend this store and love saying hello to "rudy" the pet dog at the store. Kudos and Cheers

DONT GO! When I entered the store no one was there. Customer service was terrible , man seemed to be very busy and had no time for customers. Same thing happened with another family I saw that came in. Close to no livestock. I also noticed two amazon parrots that were in very poor condition, entirely plucked feathers under wings and looked completely abandoned. Will not be going back.

The owner is very friendly and helpful. He also only buys his hamsters from some of the best breeders in Davis. My family bought 2 hamsters from this store and they were wonderful, healthy and really nice hamsters. If you are looking to buy a small animal I would definitely recommend this shop.

We have been going there for 6 years and just love it! The staff remembers you, and your family. They really do know their products and do not try and up sell you just to make a buck. We do not shop anywhere else. Their animals they sell are top notch as well.

Great store, but maybe little thought given to kitties needs. While there is a wonderful store cat to pet, there wasnt any catnip to be found! I do still like to shop here because the reptiles are fascinating.

The staff cuts our birds nails and does a great job. Our bird was bleeding one day and helped is apply the coagulation powder when we were unsure and unable to.
