Bought 3 male guppies from them to put in my 29G heavily planted fish tank that I had 5 African dwarf frogs, 1 neon tetra, 16 ghost shrimp and 1 betta 3 days ago, as soon as I put em in, the next morning one of them was dead, was kind of surprised since my tank was cycled its already heavily planted, I didnt think much of it other than stress. That night a second guppy died, so I did my testing and all of my stats were at zero no ammonia spike or anything of that sort, yesterday morning my BETTA died that Ive had for a very long time I couldnt figure out why it died until today a couple of hours ago when I actually saw the ich all over one of my dwarf frogs while he was barely alive floating around in my fish tank. I had to go to Walmart to buy Kordon Ich Treatment to try and save my frog and the rest of my tank. The only explanation would be that there was already ich forming in the tank at the store because I havent added anything new to my tank and my tank has been in a very healthy condition until I put those new guppies in it. Im upset that the associates there didnt realize that they were having an ich issue even though its there duty to make sure the product they are selling is in a decent condition at the very least. I saw a couple of dead fish around the guppy tank but I thought theres a lot of fish there oughta be at least a couple of dead fish but I wish I would have thought about it a little harder, unfortunately its too late now but Ive learned my lesson and Im through with buying fish through franchise petstores such as PetSmart or Petco.

Brought my two puppies to Petco to get a shampoo and nail trim. While we were there waiting we heard they had a dog that was infested with ticks. My puppies were already scared and when it was time to get them, they had the one that was the scardest in a small kennel next to a very loud dog that was making my dog even more scared. As we watched other dogs being groom we noticed how rough the people were with other dogs and I said this is the last time we come here. Needless to say they havent been the same since we left. They no longer play together or play at all - they seem sad and just withdrawn - not the same happy 6 mo old puppies we had - We also saw a tick on one of them the following day. They are house dogs and very clean so this is definitely where they got the tick. I am disgussted, upset, and very very sick not knowing if I will ever get my puppies back.

They gave the ugliest hair cut to my dog i could ever have imagined, and they were apparently very rough with my dog as well. there were some dry blood around the eye where it looked like they ripped out the hair (probably caught in the clipper and they just yanked it out). since the hair cut he is always hides in the corner all the time and doesnt like to play like he used to do. he has been severely traumatized by the whole experience. he used to be well trained, but after he was at Petsmart grooming, he acts likes he has PTSD. i just hope his hair grows back soon, and he can forget the horrible experience. in the mean time, i will have to devote more time with training and help him build some self esteem

Almost every time my dog goes there he gets some kind of infection, if is ear it will be the skin and when I file a complain with corporate office, the grooming salon Manager was rude with me and she did not show no sympathy for my seek dog and at the end of our conversation, she didnt even tell "I hope you dog fells better" and she hang-up the phone . Only thing they did, they paid the bill to cover the rip to the vet. I stop using this place and cense them, my dog is doing fine . No more infection no trips to the vet. I will not recommend this place to anyone who love their pats.

Fish department has been extremely helpful. Let me exchange two guppies I was not happy with for ones that were better paired. They were freindly and even gave my family a tour of the small pet section when we were contemplating a hamster. Overall experience has been great.

They always have our pet supplies in stock and I can get everything we need in one visit. We have a variety of animals from dogs to cats to bearded dragons and they all have their own needs. They price match even with their online Petsmart prices which is great too.

Jenette in the fish department is awesome she rocks she is so knowledgeble when it comes to all the fish there I only come and see her everybody else In that department is super mean and stuck up go see jenette in the fish dept she the best!

Oh my gosh the people that work here love animals so much. The environment is fun but the products are EXPENSIVE. In the past, Ive had issues with coupons and product quality, but things have really improved since my last visit.

Firat time taking my puppy for the grooming, the groomers clipped my puppys nail way too short and it started bleeding... they did t offer any discount or treatment besides putting on a little ointment...

We brought our two Pekingese dogs for grooming. When we picked them up, one had a red eye. They claimed that he was being very aggressive and had to be held down by another staffer.

Staff are friendly, store is clean and organized. I recently needed something they were out of on the shelf. Staff member gladly went to the back to get it for me.
