Met the owner in his store up in Grass Valley years ago. One of our dogs had stomach problems and I stopped in to get some lamb-based food. He was stocking the shelves but stopped to explain which foods were made locally, which were organic and which had chemicals, etc. I thought he was an employee being helpful and knowledgeable, but he turned out to be a guy with four stores and enough time to explain food content to a concerned customer. Weve been buying the same food from Incredible Pets for our three dogs ever since. The employees are great. The selection is better than Petco. And the prices are super. We just got two kittens. Want to guess where well be getting our supplies?

A new Incredible Pets opened up next to my house last month and I have gone in there a couple of times since it opened to get my dog treats. Both times I went in, the staff was very friendly and they came up to my dog and pet her and gave her treats. They have very fair pricing on their treats and dog food and it is always fun to shop here!

Staff is very friendly. Always willing to help you, will answer any questions and offer to take your purchase to the car if it is heavy. Large selection of dog and cat food. Very clean store. I wont go anywhere else.
