My wife and I are getting a new puppy this week and we stopped by petco to pick up all the essentials. It was great experience--they had everything we needed and Amanda was the best. She helped us find everything, was so patient and knowledgable, all while keeping the store open after close on a Sunday evening. Five stars for Amanda, she was awesome.

My friend and I wanted to check out a Petco store on a whim. I was not impressed with this one. Its a bit crowed with supplies, the fish tanks were not clean, several fish had ich, and the adoption center was filthy. I really hope they refocus and clean up the store for the animals health.

Usually understaffed. Most of the time no one comes to help the lone cashier at front. As with many pet stores, moths have been seen in products.
