I took my dog to get groomed today and at first I was very satisfied with how completely professional they were, they made me sign some paperwork and give information regarding my pets needs, which I hadnt been required to do in any other groomer Id been to before. I was happy with the service and the prices seemed reasonable, it wasnt until I picked up my dog and drove back home that I realized she had a significant cut on one of her legs, where the thigh would be. Her skin was peeled up, and the wound was bleeding a bit. I got really upset because they didnt tell me she was hurt, I called in and they said to treat it with at home and within 4 days they could call and check up on her. I dont know if they didnt tell me about the wound purposely or not, but its quite visible and I am reasonably unhappy that my pup got hurt. I guess if youre looking to get your pet groomed here make sure you dont leave the store without checking them beforehand, I know accidents can happen, so Im not saying that they abused my pet, but just be aware.

First time customer pet grooming service and last time customer. I have a medium size, short hair breed dog and had a confirmed appointment for a bath and nail trim; told would be ready in 2 hours. I turn 2.5 hours later and they were just finished letting him dry, no nail trim done. I asked the associate how long until nails will be done; two hours, usually takes 4 hours for this service. I was not happy with this response and cashed out for the bath and the one associate called back and referred to my pet as the "the lab mix thingy", Im sorry be does have a name. Im sure this employee would not want to be referred to as "the blue hair thingy". Service should have been no more then an hour. Hire associates that are more customer consious. Appointments mean nothing other then its okay to bring your pet in for service. Recommend new customers to do more research in finding a better place to bring their furry friends even if it cost a little more.

My experience here is horrible, I asked if I Can hold a Chinchilla And one of their employees said right to my face, and I quote, "This is not a petting zoo." If your looking for a great pet store go to trinity way and go to pet smart their coustomer service is better, they are Extremely friendly. They would be a five stars.
