I took my 8 week old kitten in to VIP pet center because he has been lythargic with no appetite for the last 4 days. Dr. Heart was very helpful. She gave me great advice about keeping him hydrated and force feeding him by syringe. She also gave me a sample of flea medicine and dewormer. Dr. Heart directed me over to clint at pet food express who recommended canned food and probiotics for my kitten. I was worried going in that I would end of spending alot of money, but I got out without spending a fortune. I will definitely return to see Dr. Heart for all my future animal care. And I will start shopping at pet food express for my future pet supplies. They all went above and beyond to take care of my sick kitten.

Whats not to like about PFE? Compared to any other pet store, this company has it all - a focus on customer service, knowledgable and capable staff, warm and welcoming inside, tons of community events, and price matching. This location has pet baths, cat adoptions (PFE provides this space complimentary to the Placer SPCA), and an indoor pet park! A perfect fit for the Fountains atmosphere of community. I feel great feeding my pets only the best foods and providing them safe products tested to be free of harmful chemicals and lead.

I had an exceptionally horrible experience with this store. My husband and I walked in for cat food and made two stops along the route to look at products for our dog. We had six different store associates approach us, all asking the same questions, within four minutes of being in the store. It felt worse than any car sales lot I have ever been on. And, there was one particular associate who awkwardly stood behind us after we told her we didnt need any assistance and tried to join in our conversation.

Two thumbs (paws) up from me and my furry kids, we love PFE roseville. The team members are so nice and really knowledgable. They carry quality and safe products at pretty comparable prices to regular dog food. Even the freeze-dried and raw foods are a pretty good deal because I guess the animals dont need to eat as much if the nutritional content in the food is higher. Its a nice place to hang out unlike other pet food stores and my girlfriend and I love their community events.

A high-end version of Pet Food Express! Theres a small gated area inside the store if you want to let your dog be social. The staff is very helpful and professional. They listened to my unique situation and suggested a few options. As always, if your dog does not like the food, you can return the open bag. And they have a great deal (if you know your dog likes a certain food) where you can buy 3 bags and get the 4th free (I think thats the deal, may be 4, get the 5th?).

My experience at this location was not similar to the post on this page, and the is not my first negative experience at this store. This is my first and last post as I will not be shopping at his store/location moving forward. All I ask is that you encourage your staff to be courteous to all paying customers and to render the same service treatment to everyone. I will be encouraging my friends, family and colleagues to take their business elsewhere. Cheers.

I use the self-service dog wash, its the best! I make a big mess with my big dog, and they keep the bath area sparkling clean. Someone always helps me coax my dog up and into the bath- the workers are very friendly. And the price is great- use the buy 3 get one deal! Thanks Petfood Express!

Our border collie mix is getting over a "bug." She looked very bedraggled when we came into the Pet Food Express at Fountains. The associate, Brandy, was very helpful and kind in showing us how to use the self-service dog wash. The bath did wonders for our dogs moral--and mine too. Many thanks.

Great selection of high quality pet food and products. Staff was helpful in making suggestions. They have self-service dog washing stations, which looked pretty cool. More expensive then the standard pet food chains, but the quality is higher, so I think the prices are fair.

I really like how all of the food pet food express sells is high quality. I wish they sold merrick though which is the food my young girl Savannah eats. Also love they have a adoption center for some of the cats and kittens from the spca =)

Staff here is very helpful and friendly. We bring our Great Pyrenees here for his bath. You get 15 minutes to bath and dry your pet for $15.
