Each time I have gone in this store location there have been dead and diseased fish in the tanks. Bought some Guppies from this location and they all had shimmy then died one right after the other as well as infected my other fish with Ich and a wasting disease. Repeatedly I have overheard sales associates say that they knew the fish are sick but the still sell them to the public! Today the sales associate admitted the Platys and Mollies had Ich but she still sold them to the customer. Not only that but she used the same net between the tank with diseased fish in it to also catch fish in another tank there by contaminating the second tank as well. This shows that the management is not training the associates properly and does not care about the health of the fish that they sell to the public. With few exceptions I can NOT recommend buying ANY fish from the PetSmart location. And that is despite contacting a Corporate representative who said they would look into the problem and insure it did not happen again. In general this store is a waste of time and money for anyone wanting fish for their tanks.

Sucked! Took my female dog in for shampoo and haircut. Told them it was her first time. 1/2 hour later got a call from the groomer. First of all my dog is a female and she kept refering to her as "he". She had bathed her and as she said " he freaked out". Dont they deal with first timers all the time? She said she would not give "him" a haircut and it would take at least an hour for "him" to dry. She really needs the haircut as it is long and thick and summer is coming. What am i to do now??? When i went back in to pickup my dog the groomer apologized, didnt charge me and suggested bringing her back in on Sunday morning to try again. I did and stayed where she could see me and she did very well. Now all is done and she still didnt charge me. I felt bad cuz she did get it done but she insisted. Next time i will maybe bathe her myself and take her in just for the grooming.

Went into petsmart on truxel with my two daughters. We were looking at the birds. A sales named vicki asked if we needed help, i said no. Then she looks at my 4 year old and said i like her hair, how long does it takes, blah blah... she grabbed my daughters locs. (Im pretty sure she been handling animal poop, dust etc) After that i went to find a manager and complained that i didnt appreciate her touching my daughters locs, she said he will talk to her. I said thanks. He then continued his conversation with another manager. Obviously my complaint was not important enough to address it right then and there. I am very particular about our hair. Touching our locs without permission gives me the same feeling that someone will feel, if they had their breast, buttocks, groped by a stranger. African American natural hair is not for your amusement!!!! Pissed off customer...

i have recently bought some fish from the petsmart on truxel and have had 3 fish die in two days from petsmart, in which i have fish in my tank that have been there for 3-5 years and they are fine. i didnt buy them from petsmart. i am very dissapointed in petsmart . the last time i went there to buy fish the employee was putting his hand in the tank to mess with the fish and catch frogs. therefor i will NOT be buying anymore fish from petsmart. the guy was also rude and told us that he didnt know anything about the fish and that nobody on shift did. they were very un knowledgeable , i have never been this dissatisfied with a store before. i used to spend several hundred dollars there a month on fish dogs and so on but will no longer be going to the petsmart on truxel and probably no petsmart period.

After being at PetSmart for 4+ hours, I was finally able to pick up my two female dogs. When I got there, I had to wait for them to cut Reeses nails and Honey had a bad haircut. They kept referring to Reese as "him" or "he" even after correcting them a few times. Then later at home, we discover Honey had a knot in the fur behind her ear, which led us to believe they didnt brush her for the promised 15 minutes. This was our first experience with PetSmarts groomers and was probably the last. Our expectations were set too high because of the big name, but we were definitely disappointed with their lack of attention paid to detail.

I have been a customer at this PetSmart for about 1 year now. I enrolled my dog in the Banfield Care Plan and have not regretted it since. The staff is friendly and always helpful. They will give you reminder phone calls for appointments and complimentary phone calls to check up on your pet after he or she has had any procedure done. Shoutout to Dr. Conner who is fantastic!

Had a fantastic experience with an associate named Eric. He was very professional, courteous and most of all knowledgeable. He spent about 30 mins walking my wife and I through the aisles speaking to us about the pros and cons of each brand and how it could impact our puppy. Very impressed and appreciative of his service and this store overall.

Really struggle with this store. Love how close it was to home, how easy the marketplace is to access, and how much cheaper this is than the Petco down the road. Weve come in more than once and the conditions of the cat kennels are more than questionable. We filed a report once roughly 2 years ago, and it has been better for the most part

Quick service, very little wait. This site hosts lots of adoptions from local shelters, as well has dog lessions. Have a vet and dog groomer on site, although I have never used them. I have had to return collars/harnesses with no problem at all.

Not always the best place but it is a good LFS, as well as other things, you should remember its a major company so do your research about your animal first, but it pretty much has most of what I need, (sorry for grammer)

Friendly staff but they NEVER hit their estimated pickup times, either in grooming or Banfield. A solid 45 minutes to an hour over each time. If they tell you your pet will be ready at 2:00pm just figure 3 to 330pm.
